I work with two different breeders who use Embark, and have worked closely with them on getting tests clarified for rarer breeds. They BOTH have told me that Embark double checks ALL of their tests before sending out results. If anyone gets results they question they can contact Embark easily.
That said, Paw Print does more specific breed testing, IF you have a breed that is common enough to have tests. One of my breeds does, the other does not. Paw Print also tends to be more expensive, although they do run "specials" almost all the time.
Personally, I am still trying to decide which direction to go. Plus, there is a third option, Wisdom Health, that also works with breeders, as well as with Cornell University (I think--don't have my papers in front of me), and a university in my rarer breed's originating country.
So, do your research and see which company has a larger, better, or more specific database for your breed. One day the companies might all share info and tests, etc., but for the time being you just have to flip a coin, or decide which one you can afford.

@Ajuaq, the reason I started going with embark is because of the breeder tool and genetic COI that it provides. I love Pawprint but the genetic COI is so useful for making decisions.

Also, OFA DOES accept Embark results now. Just saying.....
