I have filled dog father name ,but when I completed it said "no information about father"
But I have found father name and database in the site. How can I fix it?

Shorten the name of the father. Just use the last name and then pick him out of the list that the search provides. Let me know if you have further problems.

Dog father is CH Picasso's That's Amore.
Dog mother is Fandango Fortune Cookie.
