indica,

have you already purchased from graybeck? i have a 14 month male from this kennel, and i have not experienced any problems with them at all.The puppy has grew into a fine young animal and graybeck themselves have been very helpful throughout always answering my questions and giving helfull advice on training etc etc.

Is the 9 month old from Graybeck? have you contacted them for advice rather than doing what everyone else does and airs their views on here first. People are quick to condemn others before sitting back and looking at what they are doing themselves!!! Very sad world, just so glad iam not actually involved in the politics of showing and just have my boy as a great Family pet!!

thanx

Hi, ive only just found this post so appologies for bringing it back up!

I bought a GSD bitch as a family pet from Graybecks A litter!  The breeders were very helpful at first, infact delivered the pup to me but it had to be swapped as they bought me the wrong dog!

We became friends with Graham + Becki, infact after a few months we totally trusted them. They often came here for dinner and get togethers. Becki was lovely and id still trust her advice on the dogs but Graham is completely untrustable and infact it got to the point i wouldnt be alone with him as on several occasions he was suggestive and at least 3 of these times he tried to kiss/grope me! One of which was when we were in his car which he stopped a few miles from his house trying to blackmail me into sleeping with him! Not a nice guy!

I put my pup through obedience classes and all was great. I then became ill and was diagnosed with MS, i could still cope with my GSD but as she was showing potential Graham asked if they could show her. I agreed not fully knowing what this entailed!

The dog had brilliant results in the shows she attended and qualified twice for crufts from them.

When my dog returned to the family home i could no longer control her, all her training went out of the window! Due to this and my illness i agreed to let the dog stay with the breeders to be rehomed, she was no longer my faithful companion and it didnt seem fair to carry on confusing her. She was 18mth old by this point!

We stayed intouch and i was told a new show home had been found for her, i told them i would sign the kennel club papers and send them on when i got my money for the dog.

I never got any money, nor did i ever see or hear about my dog again!

Id love to know where she is or how shes doing but theres no trace, infact theyve even left her off the list of pups on the Graybeck website.

If anyone has information about this id be grateful for it and if they can prove ownership id even consider lifting the ban on her paperwork with the KC

She was Graybeck Aurora, Tia, born 26th oct 2003 from romanville Imm and willowdale eises

hiya anna,

so sorry to hear of your encounter with the greybecks have you tried the national pet tattoo register as any dog that is tattoed if change of ownership is done they also get informed so they can update their change of address and such also try doglost see if they can help you trace her as in fact the dog has been stolen from you by the sounds of it, also contact the kenne club and give them the dogs tattoo and registration number and see if they cant help you trace her, if you are still the legal owner of the dog through kc registration then they had no right to sell her and take the money for themsleves have you tried to contact them direct over this also try justice for dogs, if not maybe a knock on the door might get them to tell you the truth, think they have some explaining to do for what they have done to you keep us updated and good luck

good luck
