Two Moons,
His name is Darin or Derren "Scott" Page.
If he did sell her, whoever bought her needs to know that they will never see papers on her. I do not have papers on her. I originally got her out of a bad situation and they promised to get me her papers and never did. I put a lot of time and money into her and she was well worth it to me, but as far as a breeder would be concerned, well, she'll never have papers. If she has been sold, I am not asking for her back....I just want to know that she is okay.
To all young and novices: A contract is just a piece of paper, some people will not take it seriously. Don't bet your dog's life on a piece of paper.
1doggie2,
I tried that apoproach and he would not show me Katja (the dog).
This guy is a real.......now I am stopping myself before I say something I can't take back.
Thanks so much you all...maybe she will be found and is safe.

It appears you've been having some problems with him for a while. Was this post referring to Katja also, and did you buy her from him to begin with?

I did not buy Katja from him. I bought a puppy from him, a puppy I am now attached to who is now about 7 months old, that cannot be registered through AKC.

If you are sure he is abusing your beloved dog then I suggest next time you visit him, do it with a few of your heaviest friends.
I would personally tow him with my track in a dirtroad, see how fast he can run.
Papers and legalities are good as long as you deal with civilized animal loving people, not Scum. These as......es need a lot more persuating to come round. So yes act like a shepperd on duty and bite them good and strong.
Good luck and god bless.

Thank you for saying out loud what was running through my head.

Ok, I just needed someone to say it to make sure that I wasn't doing the wrong thing. I will let you all know what happens. I don't want trouble, I just want my dog safe, but we don't always get what we want.

You can get what you want, as long as you have the right equipment. A little trouble isn't so bad.
