He's got a pretty steep upper arm--so not the best shoulder set. From what I can tell in the pictures, he's got a lot more rear angulation than front, so probably unbalanced. He's also quite long--perhaps why we see him at an angle in several of these pics, to take advantage of foreshortening effects.

Still, a handsome dog to look at. He looks huge--I wonder how big he is.

jeck18,

We discuss everything here, especially ugly white horse's.

I remember a friend who had a white the size of a horse when I was young.   I have never seen such a large dog since.

Don't you like horse's?

Do you know what a horse is?

What's in your back yard jeck?

Moon's.

At the risk of sounding catty... I think the dog stands much better than his handler, and has a better expression as well. (What's with the perpetual head cocked to the left and ugly PO'd look?)

Anyhow... Windwalker,

It's hard to get a good view of Fox's head IMO because he's being held up so tightly it alters the underline of his neck. I'd wish they had more natural shots of him. I'm also curious how he moves. Actually, I like the dry look of Shilo; he seems more reminisce of a workingline build GSD than a showline... though it could just be the angle he's standing at.

I have one of those letterbox monitors that distorts everything horizontal just the tiniest bit.  I felt that if he did not look like a freight train on this thing, then he must not be too long :-)  If I want to seriously look at a dog, I hook up my husband's laptop.  Best Buy says that this distortion can be fixed by going into the setup of it.  I have not figured it out yet, and I sometimes wonder if they fib to me.

jc... have to laugh... your picture... Shi's favorite thing was to grab a 8' ceder fence post and run around holding it off the ground like your dog's doing.  I didn't like Shilo's rear... very short croop/tail and not much angle... if I moved him slowly he was awesome, but if he was at a full out clip he just didn't have the drive to handle a fairly correct front.

Gotta agree with you about the handler, but she's just now 17, so was probably 15 in a lot of the pictures handling the top White in International competition, so she's prolly got a bit of an attitude...

I scouted around to see if I could find a headshot of him not strung up...

He's also producing some nice kids..

Looks like a nice grip there!  I think I actually saw a SchH3 white the other day.
