Aristian ...

just what do you believe these photos show? Perhaps a picture of him "going" might highlight your point. To me it is nothing more than the way he is standing at the time.

Perhaps if you had done further reasearch on the subject you might have come across the following;

http://www.shawlein.com/The_Standard/05_The_Hindquarters/The_Hindquarters.html

Quote;

"Cow hocks, where the hocks point towards each other to some degree, can be caused by two conditions, one sound, the other unsound, (or less sound). It can occur either because of a slight turning out of the entire leg from the hip, or because of twisting of the hock and stifle joints. In the first, the dog may stand slightly wide behind, with toes and stifles pointing slightly outward, and hocks slightly inward (Fig 18). This is common, and perfectly normal, as the long bones are straight in relation to each other. How comfortable do you feel standing with your feet pointing straight ahead? However, the dog moves normally, the feet turning inwards onto the centre line, pointing straight ahead and single tracking."

She will not have un treated mites till im around! Actually save that question for Zamp's owner

Now, that statement does not make any sense! So, when you are away, her mites are treated, but when you are home, she won't get anymore medication? Hmm... So, but you agree that she has a case of mites?

Why do you think that Zamp has mites? You are confusing yourself here, I think!Take a chill pill, Bill!

jdadenton... You are absolutely correct. It all depends how dogs move not stand, but Aristian either does not understand this concept or it only works where he wants it to (i.e. his pet quality female).

I am hooked on GSDs.  I love em all, and especially appreciate the ones that are the best in working temperament and/or conformation.  I don't care if they are working line, showline, as long as they are praiseworthy.   One of the greatest GSDs I ever owned was one I bought in the late 1960's out of the Sunday paper for $50.  She was half german import and half American Shepherd. Never had any Sch training and yet had correct working temperament when tested. Was friendly to children and guests and yet was fearless and aggressive and a complete man stopper when the need arose.  Not much to look at conformation-wise but had good female GSD type, pigment, femininity and awesome temperament. Made me think all GSDs had this kind of temperament. But I found out that it was not necessarily so easy to get this kind of temperament even in expensive GSDs of top breeding, with good conformation, whether WL or SL. Zamp has good temperament and the best possible conformation.  I don't know what he produces in his puppies, but I know he has it.

Zamp is a most worthy GSD, beautiful in conformation and movement, completely balanced, and just happens to have good temperament too.  Truly one of the very best looking, best GSDs in the world.   He is the FCI/SV standard for the GSD. To breed a GSD of this high quality is most difficult even when using the best bitches in the world, the odds are  highly stacked against most.  Anyone would be thrilled to own a GSD of his quality.  Most will never have enough skill or assets to ever breed a GSD this good, or buy one (I don't). Zamp is a very correct and very valuable GSD and that is a fact, whether you like it or not, or are jealous of the owner, be assured that you will never be able to have any GSD that approaches Zamp's awesome quality.  The best thing you can do, A, is buy a very good V rated KK1 proven brood bitch and breed her to a top GSD stud dog of Zamp's quality.

Thank you Preston, as always, to the point and unbiased.

Zamp is indeed the complete gsd, and the result of careful, selective, and knowledgeable breeding. Aristians witchhunt is laughable, and obviously borne out of envy, ignorance and misinformation.

You cant educate pork!

Aristian ...

perhaps you can clarify something for me, and I hope you have the integrity to answer it honestly.

The link to your dog;

http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/517368.html

Shows her birth date as May 18th 2007, yet she seems to have an SV-HD rating of a-normal (a1).

Can you explain how it is that the SV gave her a rating so quickly? I was under the impression it took the SV several months to rate x-rays, what was your return, time if i might ask? Also, how old was your dog when the x-rays were performed?

jdadenton,good question,but i'm sure ari has an answer. Ari,give it up man,you do not like zamp,big deal,the pictures you have shown show NOTHING. I think you are a bit confused,now your dog is a pet,is that not what everybody on your last thread tried to tell you.Now you have decided to go down the working dog route,why? Could it be you have not got a clue what you are talking about when it comes to show lines? On a final note you are the one who is rude to everyone who disagree with you,maybe you should listen and you may well learn something.
