Thank you all for your comments and expertise.  I literally have to take a paper up to the x-ray to see that it isn't 50% in the socket.  But there is clearly a difference between the tightness of the two hips, which is what concerns me.  She easily could have hurt her hip as she runs with other dogs, wrestles, and makes quick cutting turns.  My bad for letting her be a dog.  I understand that if it is a genetic issue, the hip(s) should progressively get worse.  If it's a temporary injury, maybe they'll be better if redone in a year.  However, can playing permanently injure the hip/tissue to the degree they won't pass the OFA?  If so, then I would expect unilateral dysplasia to be fairly common, but not necessarily genetic.

Thank you for the stats Wild.  I'm in the US and don't know what rating she would get there, however with only subluxation (according to the OFA) I doubt the "bad" hip would be ranked that high.  It does seem to show that the hips aren't typically equal.
