RoZoAn,
By next week they will outgrow that food bowl and will need another, its like feeding pirana once they get into it..
The sire has a fan club and all puppy's have been spoken for already, I think.
My favorite picture was fuzzy so I didn't post it. They line up at the gate and just look at me waiting for that bowl.
In fact I'm mixing gruel now and it's time to go feed the little bugger's.
moon's.

Very handsome, healthy-looking litter. You and Mom have obviously done a good job.

Thank you all,
Midnite is a great mother, all I do is feed them. And feed them, and feed them, Mom has been eating like a horse!!
Now that they are beginning to eat she can start cutting back a little, she's in good shape and doesn't have that pulled down look from lack of nutrition. She can stop nursing at her own discretion, she can come and go at will from this kennel to the next.
I can't tell them all apart from one another yet, but three have their own indentity and I can pick them out as soon as I walk up to the kennel. A couple of them have small white spots on the chest and thats a give away, the rest are solid black and very similar in size and coat. One seems to have a heavier under coat than the other's. And one of the male's give's me attitude, barking and growling, the first one out of the door.
We have started handling them and they have met the rest of the pack here, my other female just want's one for herself, she stands guard outside the kennel and supervise's from the sideline's. Indy isn't sure if they are food or toy's yet but he's good around them. He hasn't figured out this puppy thing yet.
Tomorrow I have to get a couple of toys for them to tug on in the kennel, usually a ball on a rope for starter's. Anything they can get on the ground they usually tear up.
I'm really enjoying them but now that they are eating I know what's next..... scooping poop ! Lotsa poop !!
It's not as bad as changing diaper's but a close second. All just in time for some crappy weather we are beginning to get here.
Thanks again guy's,
Moon's.

Hello 2Moons,
A good way to distinguish them is to have coloured ribbons perhaps round their necks. Hope that is a safe suggestion. Any names yet?
