xray opinions please - Page 2

Melissa,

I sent in pre-limbs of my female and the elbow ones were too bright even for me to see definition,
I thought for sure they were going to send back the elbow ones, she got good hips, and grade 1 ED,
seeing she's not 2 till Sept. I'm bringing her to my other vet that has clearer easier to read x-rays,
sometimes that's all it boils down to, a bad picture,

Here's her hip x-rays, they got a good, I don't even like the hip pic,  I couldn't take a pic of her elbows with my camera cause they were way to
bright, so I have no idea how they read them, i'm no expert on elbows, but next time I'm checking to make sure I can
see the circle around the bone of the elbow
And melba, I believe OFA doesn't like to change hip x-rays, cause I had one of my females given a evaluation of good
by 3 of my local experienced vets, and OFA gives her a mild HD after I resubmit them, I don't care if it doesn't show on the
pedigree, the 3 local vets will back me up, why would they lie to me?

Your dogs hips look good, that's just bad positioning of his hips.
