Thank you sunsilver.  I was able to make out some of the countries in French but you helped me out with all of them.  I don't know French at all.  I was wondering what

"Nom du pays Code du pays Code livre d'origine Livre d’origine annexe"

means in english.

Living in Canada does have a few advantages. These I don't even have to look up, though I did have to check a couple of the country names:

Nom du pays - name of country

Code du pays - country code

Livre d'origine - book (registry) of origin

Livre d'origine annexe - literally 'annexed book/registry of origin'. In this case, I think this covers a registry that has merged with another registry, as a result of shifting political boundaries, or country names.

BTW, Babelfish.com does a fairly good job of translating simple stuff. Not German koer reports, though....
