In situation like this...there is good reason to beat someone. I could truly justify it in a court of law.

OMG ! that is horrifying. That poor dog. Thank god someone found him in time. I just cant imagine letting a dog get like that.
I pray he recovers and finds a wonderful home. I hope the scumbags suffer worse then what they did to him.

I would love to get my hands on those people. Chain them out, no water, no food. Let them eat dirt. And every time they whine about it remind them why they are being treated this way...still better than what they did to the dog...Courage had no idea what he did wrong. At least they would have an idea. Can anyone find out what is being done to these scumbags? Anyone know how to get a petition going on the internet to get justice for Courage like they did for Buddy? This can't get swept under a carpet!

Yesterday, I see that they posted a $1000 reward for finding the people that did this to Courage...Thank you to the person that came throught with the reward money....we need to find a way to get on this and get those people convicted...

ANOTHER REASON THAT US RESCUES, SCREEN HEAVILY THE PEOPLE THAT WANT A DOG FROM US!!!!

4/12/10 Update - Continued improvement today with him starting to want to get up! His care givers say that he wants to eat everything in sight...bowls, blankets, etc. but he has to be fed small portions at regular intervals to protect his weak system. Everyone thinks it's a miracle that he is doing as well as he is after such a short time. Tomorrow, we will transmit a Press Release posting a reward for the capture of his tormentor. $1,000 Reward for information leading to arrest thanks to a generous animal lover who posted this for us.

There are 52 German Shepherds at this Rescue alone....one of them has a German Tattoo in the ear!!!! Has anyone checked into this???

Maybe you could take a peek through their adoptable dogs and see the heartbreak there....one fell out of the back of a truck, etc....young pups ending up at shelters...

BREEDERS BEWARE, THESE COULD BE YOUR DOGS....

How very sad what this country has become!!!!....
