"What is Maier's cut on these sales to Asia?"

It works like this Louise:
If people notice any (really) promessing dog in the shows, insiders will jump onto his owner soon enough.
"Let's make a deal. Cut me in for half, or 1/3!!" or any portion the owner is willing to give away.
Soon this dog will be running high places, that is, if one indeed has split the ownership, without, the dog will get nowhere.

The insiders will need to cut in the judge that will promote this dog amongst the other judges (rumour has it that during their sessions/parties, they devide the whole cake = top placings) and here and there, a broker will need a share too, but judges are brokers as they go along and meet people: "Wouldn't you be interested in a stunning male? I got a good friend...."

So eventually the judge will cash of on many dogs as he goes along.
Why else would he stop breeding dogs and scrape dog crap everyday, when he can earn his living wearing a suit and a tie and traveling all over the world at no expense whatsoever?

It's all a big hoax, and everybody knows, but who complains?!

Jantie, you pretty well have it all together about Schau. I find it hard to believe that Toni was sold to China, however I know this is possible. Im sure I will find out though.  VB

"It's all a big hoax, and everybody knows, but who complains?!"

That's quite the conspiracy theory.

factual evidence would be most welcome - I would enjoy seeing those who make such accusations face similar public condemnation without factual evidence - then listen to how they would squeal "unfair".

Do many people fully understand the importance of factual evidence.

Imagine our legal system allowing anyone to be found guilty and condemned on hearsay.

A nightmare scenario.

Hello Mike of vom Brunhaus kennel!
If my information is correct, Toni will soon dine at the ZhengDe kennels of Mister Wang BaoQing.
I wish him a lot of fun and succes with this promessing dog.
Kind regards,
Jantie

P.S.: This discussion board David, 'c'est un petit café', 'una bodega", a pub, and we can all gather at the bar and chitchat. No big deal! Don't take it all too serious. Remember, you're making money in dog business. You don't want to upset all too many people, do you?

You pretend you're an insider. Maybe you can go into the dogs-dying-too-soon subject?
Maestro, Zamp, Vanos, Ex, Varus, Astana Alfons... (list is endless).
It wouldn't have to do with the food now, would it, you sell dogfood?
And please, stop bragging about the stringent health controls of the SV, I can't hear it anymore. You as an insider must be aware of the fact (and you darn well know) that the Zuchtwert system is a laugh, and it is a mockery of people's intelligence when you are trying to prove anything with that, let alone you would want to convince the Kennel Club with it. "Factual evidence" would certainly be welcome here!

Hi all!

Anybody aware of other "big sales" after the Siegerschau?

Videx

Jantie: you thrive on assumptions, innuendo's, speculation, conspiracy theories and all kinds of hearsay, mainly your own. Your credibility is approaching zero.

Sensibility, factual reality and rock solid evidence has been lost to you for many years.

Jantie's rantings are now legend.

Sad fact is David ! Jantie is correct ! Remember not so long ago you were questioning the same system regards Champion Ice

I justifiably questioned the Körung Rules and several appalling rules contained within the Körung.

Far too many people, outside of Germany, and some inside, fail to grasp the significance of some rules and how obviously they are selectively ignored.

I quote the following Körung Rules:

7.5 Unsuitability for the Körung The following defects exclude a dog from the Körung:
b) Oversize or undersize of more than 1 cm;

2.5.4 The decision of the acting Körmeister is final. An objection against it is not permitted. 2.5.5 At the survey of a dog, any and all damage claims by any party involved (owner and/or outsider) resulting from an Ankörung- (conformation measurement/survey) decision or an Abkörungsentscheidung (performance) decision regarding any dog will explicitly not be allowed.

These Rules effectively mean that ANY GSD that is more than 1cm oversize MUST fail their Körung and they are then totally banned from breeding, this ban extends to any and all of their progeny forever.

Rule 2.5.4 gives total power to the Körmeister, there is effectively no objection allowed.

Now tell me how many top VA GSD, both male & female have been and are oversize by more than 1cm.

How did they pass their Körung? Because of "connections"? I will leave you to ponder.

Proof of oversize by more than 1cm can be easily ascertained, particularly by independent measurement, and more easily when a dog is several cms oversize. Anyone whose dog fails a Körung because of oversize could pursue a successful legal action against the SV by citing many of the clearly oversize TOP GSD in Germany who have obtained their Körung. The SV know this all too well.

That is what is called, specific and detailed factual evidence!
