It actually kind of sounds like Lyme Disease. Usually the only sign is lameness. My dog recently contracted Lyme Disease, and she couldn't walk on her hind right leg, if she tried it would hurt. She did eat a little, but wasn't really in the mood for food, and she usually would be. To find out what it truly is, you should take your dog to the vet asap.
