 Judah

Jose' hope you keep Harro and don't ask breeder to buy him back or you will put him to sleep because you can't keep him ! I am glad I bought Judah back and placed him with a good working home, but a month later you got Harro..

vomHausHelsing,

I'm Harro's breeder and am glad to see you found a perfect match for Judah.  He looks like a very nice young male!  As you know, it's very difficult to know whether a puppy will grow up to be what the owner is looking for when the pup leaves the breeder at 8-10 weeks of age.  We all try our best to place our pups well, but sometimes things just don't work out. It's no fault of any of the well-intentioned people involved (breeder or buyer) but a good breeder like you is always willing to take a pup back if an owner and pup aren't a perfect match.  It doesn't reflect negatively on the breeder, the pup or the owner at all, just that the match between the two wasn't quite right.

Jose was honest with me from the start and stated he is looking for a very specific type of dog, one that is tough to find.  If Harro doesn't turn out as Jose hopes he will, I will do the right thing just as you did and take him back, no questions asked.  I think it's a win-win situation for everyone this way.  If the dog works out, everyone is happy.  If the dog doesn't work out, he goes back "home" so the breeder can find him a home where he will be a better fit, and the owner can continue looking for a better match for himself.

I admire you for taking Judah back and doing the right thing.  I promise I will do the same should Harro not work out. It's still too early to know for certain, but I'm aware there's a possibility I'll get him back at some point.  Just like you, I want the best for both puppy and owner, so Harro can come home at any time...no hard feelings at all.

Best regards,

Diane Seaman

Diane,

I was shock to see Jose' buy another dog..He wasn't honest with me he told me Judah was perfect match for him . Then told me he couldn't keep Judah for his job  placed a adult Mal for him to work with and bring home.etc.. I rushed in one day to get him home ( he would put him to sleep)sending money and driving at night for 2 hrs to airport . Then he refuse to mail back AKC papers after I bought him back for way more money . He could had been honest and I still would had bought him back . I am glad to hear from breeder of Harro and see you would buy him back.. You have a good breeding program and very nice dogs.

Thanks

Janie

Again I thank all of you for the compliments, and I would like everyone to know that Janie Linscomb is a very nice person and a good breeder with tons of knowledge about the breed.I understand that you may be upset Janie but one never knows what the future holds nor can a breeder ever guarantee the temperment of a dog.I am not able to have tons of dogs like some people have, and when it comes to temperment there are things that can be overlooked and there are some things that cannot.

Thanks again!!

Yellow Rose ,

Jose' never had problems getting AKC papers , all my puppy buyers got AKC papers, copies of all Import papers of parents also parents Akc /DNA papers sent by email and regular mail Jose' reg. the pup as soon he got scan copy of Akc reg.paper by email before I mailed all copies to him....Strange you say that..Humm

I would never sell a dog to Jose' Abril for he was going to kill the puppy if I didn't send him money that day and I have emails also voice messages saying it. He said he would rather kill dog before selling it to someone else . I had to pay more for pup to get him back .

Oh by the way when I asked about the dog Harro to Jose' by email this is what he said

My goodness how are you??

Please send me a pic of Judah, please!!!

Are you maintaining the training with him??

That dog you see is a dog I am working for someone,he is a very nice dog also!!

Jose' beening honest to me would had not been hard..instead making up something or trying to scare me to buy him back..if you had problem with Judah you should had told me..Jose' I thought you was a honest person and real nice until this..

God Bless..

Not strange at all VomHausHelsing:   Kreiger pmed and emailed me and ask me how close you were to me and that he had not gotten his AKC papers on the dog he paid for and picked up at the airport..Numerous phone calls and emails were not being returned..He gave me your phone number and I made mega amounts of calls and got a recording that said  Phone  is full and no messages can be left. Kreiger showed me the pedigree and the pics of his pup and I had a customer from Houston, wanting a male sable pup.I emailed you and never got a reply..I gave that customer <MelloDee Middleton w /Germelhaus's number and continued to try to get you. Kreiger was very anxious and worried and I knew nothing about you..I told him I would go down that way in a month and if he had not gotten you I would look your kennels up..   Kreiger pmed me one day and said he had a phone call from your husband and "your Mother was in hospital..So nothing could be done until you got that taken care of but would get your papers...:" One quick phone call to him could have set his mind at ease.  Nothing strange about my post, Kreiger ask me for help.  I get , everyday from this membership here , questions for advice and help..That is what this base is suppose to be for : help one another, info and education and a little  humor to go with it. He let me know , one day later, that he finally got his AKC  papers.

Kreiger can address the rest as I did not know what happened with the pup from you, but obviously he wasnt happy with it..

Diane:   great looking puppy, and I like his looks..Looks like he is working out well..Of course, I know what you have is very  well bred.

Yellowrose,

My husband has NEVER talked to Jose' Abril at all. As soon Jose' paid me full payment for puppy I scan front and back AKC reg. and emailed them to him. I checked Akc online and within 1 hour he reg. pup..If I didn't answer email ...didn't have a name or sound right..I learn from my mistake from selling a pup to Jose'..(get all money up front, when someone wants a pup fast and money wired from another family member from another state beware send money back..) That pup was my first to sell out of state with out meeting person and first time I had to ship a pup.. Pedigree of my puppies and parents are very nice dogs for $650 pup. I was nothing but honest and nice to Jose' when he purchase a pup from me...I was VERY Happy  to get puppy back and place him in a good home.. Oh I have no Kennel filled with dogs..only the parents..My friends Judge Joe & Victoria Tackett well know people in dog World and they have a puppy from my litter..they are very please with her and know what my dogs produce...I only submit another comment for yours was a lie..this is last I will leave..I never comment on here and do see you and others ...........on here...................

God Bless

Janie-
