The WDA should be informed about this. Cindy Peterson is the President. Correct? If one Breeder can be disciplined for tail breaking and dying dogs coats, this Gattone should be disciplined, fined and suspended for dog stealing! A REAL EMBARRASSMENT!!

Nickie, I hope you do not think that ALL AMERICANS are like this. I am so very sorry that this happened to you. I noticed she has other dogs from Europe, from her web-site, did she steal them also?

Hello people,

Mijn name is GIny Timman A was the sister of Yvonne But now I a'm glad that I a'm not her sister anymore.
in 2007 I have a argument whit her and she took without my permission my kennelname and also she forced
me to sign over al the dogs . I was the owner of all the dogs, included Ilay at that time!!
 
I am glad that Ilay is at mary place there is not abetter place for him.
 
Hopefully  people who don't know what's really going one, will stop commenting and insulting pother people.

It wasn't my plan to react about this, but this is going to far.

And that is my opinion.

ONE BIG MESS....THE DOGS pay the price!

There are always two sides to every story, but as usual, some people are very willing to make damning statements without any knowledge.

Regardless of the outcome of this situation, I have seen these dogs in their home environment and if they are "paying the price" then all dogs should be so fortunate.

Dawn, do you know either party personally. Have you ever even seen Ilay. This is a matter to be settled in the courts.

My sister is now trying to make me black. I will tell you that she left the house with her girlfriend and abanded the dogs. She had the choices to take the dogs with her but she did want that I send her a letter with the qustion to get the dogs if not she need to put them on my name I was always her financial provider. She did not pay for Ilay I did

She was always for the dogs there but after she met her girlfriend she neglioted the dogs everybody knows that but her answer was there is more to see in your live than dogs. and she left.

This is only away to get me. I can tell you that i am very honest in thisa and i gave her the option to take the dogs but she refuse and  i will say it again i send her a letter and ask her to put everything on my name because i had all the cost while she was making fun

Everybody knows how she is and know that i was her financial provider so please ignore  her comment specially when she told my mother to drop dead.

She has not only with me  an argument but with the whole family and al this has nothing to do with getting Ilay back he is mine

are you listed on the pedigree as the owner ?
If so, if you are indeed the last listed owner, no one can claim Ilay, but YOU.
Pretty sad & disturbing, that one sister tells the other that she has no sister no more - I truely hope for you guys that there will be a time in the future, that will allow you to find your way back to each other.
Either way, if the arrangements were made between Mary & Yvonne, then they should also be carried out by them. No room for a sister to intervene. Aparently the dog & pups are doing fine, acording to RIK, thanks.
I believe that RIK is wright, it should be settled in court, if I recall it correctly Yvonne is allready taking the nessecery steps.
