WARNING ANOTHER RIP OFF - Page 3

Ok, I was more than patient with him as well, yes the pay pal thing they did put a hold for review on his end for 24 hours however that was just for the shipping money which was the last payment, he then started with text telling me he wasn't shipping her until it cleared from pay pal and into his bank account (another three days) he knew all week what day her flight was set for and knew they day the shipping money would be in his pay pal and never told me that i would have to wait till it cleared to his bank until the day before shipping.

As far as a pay pal account i don't need one because i don't use it usually and it was on option for him so i was offered to use hers because he preferred it.

Now as far as not having enough money to pay for my dogs all my dogs are in tip top shape and very well taken care (need pics no problem) what i was saying is that its was a frivolous purchase something not necessary in the budget to fork out the extra money but that the way i am if i want something i go out of my way to get extra money to get so its not part of the budget or whatever so you are taking that why wrong its my indulgence so i will pay from something else not family  money or what ever.

Yes stuff happens he knows that and so do i that is why i told him i would come get her so he would have to go through the trouble of getting her to the airport and that was fine on sat. sun comes hes not me giving a dog. If you could see the text message or hear the conversations you probably get what i get. He didn't want to sell the dog to me in the first place, from the get he sounded like that.

I have been doing this for 13 years and have many references, i have bred sound healthy dogs. I'm not hysterical and have a good rep, i also have no dog no money and no crate from this last purchase. His intentions may have been to give her to me but why then when i asked him to just go into PayPal and hit refund on the shipping money only and he said he would he never did. i told him i could be there in three days he said ok, i said i need the shipping money back to pay for getting down there he said how much would i need to get to Roanoke i said its 488 however it didn't matter because i gave him 360 for shipping that what i need back. He told me he was strapped (HE HAD THE MONEY FOR THE DOG AND THE SHIPPING MONEY AND MORE AND HES STRAPPED?) so what am i suppose to think and i still got someone down there and he refuses to give him the dog i paid for.



Richard just refund my money ship my crate back and i will find another. Good luck with your life and your studies on mentally challenged people.

SO YOU ARRAINGED SHIPPING THENKNOWING I WOULD NOT GIVE YOU THE AWESOME 2YR OLD BITCH  ??? you would have your money back nowif paypal wasnt  investigating UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE ACCOUNT the funds were sent thru, and i will not western union you the refund as you have repeatedly requested and end up also paying the sender of the money thru paypal?? facts are you said i ripped you off the day after issue with shipping pulbicly on this site. there are more facts that will come out the more you post the more ammo i will have.

DUDE! I have everything you have and i will post it if need be or forward it if thats trhe case and as far as pay pal they got what they asked far so it all cleared no worries. You are really diggin deep....

GSDhaven, would you please answer me? Was that you that called me about Anza because this person had posted a comment on her ad? Is this the situation where I said I wouldn't even acknowledge the comment/questions because no one asking those kind of questions in a first contact would EVER get a dog from me? Is this the same situation? Or is this not related at all?  TCall wrote me a pissy pm, and all I'm doing is asking a question.

Sorry if you thought it was pissy , however i explained why i did not appriciate the message without you knowing who you or he was talking about. a  private message to him would have been better. I dont know your dog anza and i went throught my comments and post and dont show that i ever contacted you about your dog, sorry

If you see the questions in the comment, you'll see why I wouldn't even bother to reply.

I haven't accused anyone of anything; I asked the OP if it was him to called me, and if I wasn't 99% sure it was, and it was you he was talking about, I would've PMd instead; you're very right about that. But I don't see where anything I wrote is definitively for you or against you, so I wouldn't worry about it. If it's not you, it's not you!
