4pack, I'm too bullheaded to give up, But here's a little story for ya. some idiot comes to the shelter asks me "what's a staffordshire terrier" (keeping in mind this pup was about 5 months old) I told him basically like a "pit bull" ( I don't try to hide it from folks) He jumped back nearly cracking his head on the wall behind him, exclaiming "my god they're viscious dogs why do you have them here" ? I nearly threw him out the door, but under no uncertain terms he was at the very least escourted out and asked never to return if he cared to keep his ignorant view of a "breed". I was so mad !! But every single day I give the same speaches, butt chewings, reality checks, and pass out the "stupid" signs libberally here. It gets very redundant. But I don't give up. But I also don't hold any hope for change eigther.

Staffies are awesome! Not many breeds I don't like. Let me refrain, large breeds that have or had a purpose at one time. Small fluffy dogs make good soccer balls. LOL just kidding but I wouldn't own one.

Not too many breeds I dislike either. I personally like larger breeds better, but will take small dogs too. I've mostly been with Spitz breeds (standard American Eskimos & Pomeranians) and Herding breeds (GSDs, and have owned an Old English Sheepdog, and a Sheltie before) and IMO both groups make great pets, just be careful when searching for Pomeranians.. ~Lauren
