King, BH, a young Diego son from a working line bitch:
|
We believe that a dog's working ability is every bit as important as his structure. As a result we purchased a young son of VATriumph's Gucci SchH3, a German Shepherd dog recognized world-wide for both his correct structure and incredible working ability. VA in both Norway and Sweden (Sieger in Sweden, his homeland) top V ratings at the World Sieger show in Germany and a member of the Swedish team at the World SchH Championship. Gucci is also proving to be an excellent producer of good hips. Diego has lived up to our expectations -- earning his SchH 1, 2, and 3 with very high scores in tough German competition. At several tournaments he was the youngest SchH3 competitor! We are proud that our German Shepherd, Diego, is the only dog to have successfully competed in and passed the working trial and then received a V rating at the same Canadian Sieger Show. Diego is back home in Oregon and is available to approved bitches. His year at stud in Canada was extremely successful with some very nice progeny being born. May 2004, Diego got his lifetime breed survey, once again with a "Pronounced" rating. He just loves those courage tests! In December of 2004 Diego added the IPO3 title while earning a near perfect score of 99 in tracking. He will go for his FH tracking title in 2005. |

For me, the dog best closest to standard is without a doubt Dasty Von Hainpark. An incredible dog!http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/428.html

A true medium size dog, of the right proportions one of the best VA5 Shanto's Xano, pearl in the crown of the Dutch GSD scene.

Shanto's Xano has always been a favorite of mine, same with Lasso Nuenberg.
I know my opinion doesn't matter much, and this will probably be offensive to some, but this dog in my opinion is what I would choose as being one of the most conformationally correct. Look past the coat color, it is hard to fault him, very well put together, balanced male. not over done in any way, level topline that flows beautifully from back of the skull to tip of his tail. strong head and ears, good muscle tone. proper body proportions, not too long and not short with a steep croup. he has a beautiful shoulder. good depth of chest.

Furbo is the the best male in my opinion!
And this is my favourite female: Wendy vom Altenberger Land
And this is the most beautiful puppy that I ever see. Looks so beautiful that some times I wonder if it is real picture or drawing. It is not possible to exist so perfect puppy!
