The thing is, it was a slam to imply Jenni is "inexperienced" and has never left her backyard. If she wasn't included in your general post depictions, you sure have me fooled, too.

Jenni78

by Jenni78 on 07 April 2011 - 19:04

None of it made any sense to me. The thread was about a pup I was really happy with. Certainly nothing in that post that should offend anyone, and if you don't want to read a thread that is only positive with no drama or mudslinging, it's just as easy to pass it by. But instead, Duderino had to try and pick it apart in some way; he doesn't know me, he doesn't know the puppy, he doesn't know the dam, and he saw the sire once or twice, so he decided that was his angle. Then, when his angle didn't go over well, he tried a new one, and so on. And none of them did anything except make him look very petty, angry, and bitter for some reason.

If someone asked opinions on Chico, then yes, you are entitled to post whatever you feel. But when someone simply posts updates on a pup that was of interest to some, bashing his sire and then implying that only the inexperienced could ever like such a piece of crap dog as Chico is pretty pathetic and very transparent, and you'll have to do a lot better backpedaling to feign innocence on this one. Why don't you just bow out gracefully?

by Duderino on 07 April 2011 - 20:04

I bow to no one and I never used the phrase "piece of crap', you on the other hand,,,

No, you didn't. That's why I used the word "IMPLYING".  Are you finished?

by Larry Filo on 07 April 2011 - 21:04

It wasn't larry speaking it was myself(ANGIE)no one was threatening anyone here, i simply invited you here to work my dog. You saw Chico in one trial and if you need to form any opinions then great. Chico is a great police dog. Obviously Chico and I  had to do something right if he and I made it to the nationals. He has 9 SchH 3 titles and IPO titles and under different judges and he is a V2 KKL1 so again we did something right.... I wasn't puffing my chest at anyone I know what my dog is and do not feel the need to PROVE anything to you , as far as Jenni's female well the is the thing I owned the sire to her too so I know what the dogs are and the lines they all come from, I took Jenni's dog in to breed to Chico and the female didn't know me and I will tell you the dog was stable and tough(I took her out and worked her). I'm pretty sure Jenni can hold her own on this and knows what she is doing with her dogs, I have heard several good things about her pups so obviously she is doing something right too. I am sure you have many years in training dogs and  larry has 33 years training dogs..
Larry wasn't the one who addressed you, I did, Sport is a hobby for me, and only after several people told me the dog was too tough for me I took the dog out and did what they said I couldn't do with Chico, and proved them wrong, since then I have put several titles on him and away from his home field as well as at his home field, again it is a hobby I train police dogs for a living and it has been for 12 years, I have trained 150 plus police dogs and successfully placed them in police departments in several states, oh ya and I do decoy work and have for 12 years as well.
Make sure that the person you address is the right one you don't want to offend anyone on here.

If you feel you would like to address me privately then i will give you my personal e-mail address and you can contact me personally, I kinda feel sorry for you, insecurities in yourself will do nothing but humiliate yourself in the dog world, it is a small world....

I never puffed up my chest about anything, I made a statement that before you give opinions, work the dog. Why in the hell would I want to attend Pitbull Fest. I have a friend who has tremendous Pits and he does a super job with them. I know Shepherds and Police work and I can have any number of cops or deocys who have actually worked Chico tell you how strong he really is. It was actually such a decoy from another state that informed me of your opinion on Chico and Jenn. I have no idea what breed of dog you prefer or where you are in the dog world but I do know that I have been doing this for 33 years now and have had numerous very strong males over the years and Chico is the best I have had as an overall producer of police, ring sport or any other working endeavor. They are confident, strong and intelligent and do well in any situation if raised properly.

Hey Jen, you do have very beautiful dogs, I think you are doing a SUPER job with them reguardless of what anyone says, not just cuz of the breeding, that is part of it but the rest is the person who is their care taker....how they are raised is a huge part in how they end up and you are doing a great job.... F*** evryone else, let them have their opinionscheeky

Love his look, the handsome dark face and beautiful sable coat! I'm clearly not an expert in anything but I love the set of his ears, the shape of his head and his build but what I love most is that you appear to care greatly for producing sound, sane, beautiful pups. Take care

Please, everyone, let Duderino start his own thread about all the dogs he has that are HOT that qualified for nationals like Angie and Chico have.  I am sure it will be a very informative one that I'd love to see, short though it may be.

Meantime, Chico's determination, refusal to back down, and the fact that he is a proven real working dog appeals to those of us who don't just want a prey crazy, bite anything that moves, scores a lot of points, but cannot be trusted when your life is on the line type of dog but DO WANT one that would take out someone that does not respect them (including an overly macho handler) and would die for someone they do respect.

And with all respect to Jenn and her evaluation of Chico..there is no better example of that than her other dog, Caleb.  Capri is also a gorgeous and confident female so I am sure that next repeat breeding of Chico and
Capri will produce some wonderful pups that a lucky few will have the honor of raising.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. The type of dog duderino thinks is an awesome dog is not the correct type of dog for real work.
