Linda.....I have recieved a a lot of PM of people not wiling to put up with the abuse so they won't post. Read it again it is a suggestion to be nice, and yet moons was all over it like a pack of dogs on a three legged cat. Do not assume tone and you can see it from a different light.

I took the time to look at some the other posts moons has posted; ok he is what he is welcome to America free speech is a great thing.

I will say the users of this forum are missing a lot of good points of view because of the few nasty ones.

I agree with LadyFrost. By reading what some people have posted, I would not buy a dog from them so there is some good to the bad

Isn't that what the Newcomers Board is for? All the "too frightened to dare make a post" posters can freely ask away,  any old dumb question?  A judgment free zone?  Or for any body who only wants an agreement, I suppose. That could work! Meet some new buddies who think just like them....

are complaining about, and/or B] doesn't it prove that
what people INTEND when they write something, and
what readers INTERPRET it as  ... ARE TWO DIFFERENT
THINGS.  Believe an appropriate saying goes "One man's

Self censorship can only go so far - if ppl inadvertently upset
others (who prefer a 'warm n fuzzy' life)  by just being honest , i.e. not
ACTIVELY TRYING to be in any manner harsh or offensive,
what are they supposed to do about it  ?  We can't all be inside
the heads of those who are really easily offended (by anything
apart from their OWN posts, apparently) 24/7, else we would
never be able to contribute   anything.

Hund...... I would venture to say most of the nasty things said on here would not be said face to face ( in fear of a good asswoopen ) Sounds like sharp fearbitters. What is the point? If you enjoy that kind of thing knock yourself out. Someone being able to take rudeness is one thing but why? I just don't get it.  What is wrong with being kind. 

Who wants to walk on pins and nettles to make a post? I don't   What I find odd is how many folks defend bad behaviour on this forum and do they act like that in the real world. I would hope not.

honestly gsd admin other working dog forums or gsd forums are much worse than this one. This is one of the better ones with nicer people.

I can give u the names of a few that make this site much much better. They really are nasty like the topic this does not even compare.

I do agree with some others tho, people are sometimes rude to a question and sarcastic in response. We all want to learn more and ask qeustions and not get flamed for it. There are people here that have 30 years experience with many dogs.

I responded to your post because it is a sore topic around here, it has come up countless times by others who would like everyone to (BE NICE).
They want anyone who doesn't to disappear.
