The BOI members spoke with SEVERAL eye witnesses, most particularly those with no vested interest in the matter or personal ties to the disputants.   Re-read my post:  that is not to say that tracks were  not run over.  However, that is NOT  depicted in that video. So, unless there was another video that was NOT provided to the BOI with the charges,  the famous video does not show the tracks being run over.    

As I have seen ALL of the evidence, including court transcripts, other documentation, and  eye witness statements, I have NO DOUBT of any kind. period.  Never did.   

Mystere, the track WERE run over, there were tire tracks all over the tracks, not to mention the people walking back and forth to and from the suv. I don't believe any one who was there would say that the tracks were not run over...if they did say that, its either because they were asked to or they lied. I had no vested interest in either party, altho i had heard of hanrahan, that was the first time i ever saw him....he wasn't anything like i'd heard of him..quite the opposite. I didn't know anyone at the club, had never been there til i drove 400 miles one way to the trial...whoever you got your information from, if they told you he did not run over at least two laid tracks, they lied. And for you to continue saying he did not do it when you were not there, you are spreading false information. The videos show exactly where hanrahan is driving and it is all over the tracks... He even stopped and got out of the vehicle and was walking on the tracks. Suck it up...you've been lied to. There were no flags, so unless you were there and witnessed the fiasco, you could be told anything. And judging from your statements.. The coverup is done. But i know the truth and so do the other trial participants. Tell me, Mystere, did you get to see the statements made by everyone and signed by each of us? I bet not, it was probably "lost".

Please learn to READ!!  NO WHERE did I say that tracks were not run over!!!    For those with reading comprehension problems, let me say this one FINAL TIME:

 

The video does not show tracks being run over, because the videographer was filming in another direction at the time.

Perhaps if you would read what is actually written, instead of being so busy seeking an argument where there is none, you would not have posted a "response" in the first place. 

Can we please keep this thread on topic.  This thread has nothing to do with the UScA and more specifically does not have anything to do with an issue that happened at a trial years ago.  If you feel the need to discuss this topic, please create a new thread.

Mystere, you are wrong! The videographer had camera on the vehicle WHILE it was driving over the tracks. Who gave you that information ? You obviously don't know jack squat about the facts. And i know you didnt say the tracks were not run over..but you gave misinformation claiming the videos don't show him actually in the act ON the tracks in his suv...you learn to read and perhaps realize you have been duped as have the BOI. I saw it, i paid for the juvinile behavior of mr posterboy. Suck itup, youve been lied to...the videos show every bit of posterboy running over the tracks. He is driving on the tracks back and forth IN the video...I watched him do it and watched the man with the camera videoing him. Watched posterboy drive from the tracks in front of us, go around the line of trees and run over the cop's fh track. You don't know squat about what happened, you obviously weren't there.
Did you see and read the complaints written and signed by all the participants? You haven't answered that.

 cmandela, I was wondering what that video and the AKC has to do with this thread. 
The Video shows bad conduct, but not THAT BAD. More than anything there was tension.

What is the real deal here?
 

Blitz i know so much about the akc and its variants/mutations cos their specialty of destroying every working breed it gets it's slimy tentacles on.


the pattern and the results are always the same, they are vandals that attract people like yourself and sitasmom.....airheads.

GSD Lineage, this thread has been hijacked by persons who have a beef with the UScA about some video of an event I know nothing about. This thread is to discuss the current events between the GSDCA and WDA. Can you delete and comments related to the video on this thread?

I am guessing no.


Who does the video cause a problem for?
