there is no "inbetween is the truth". She flat out lied, I never said anything about not giving her money back, never said anything about "European bloodlines have this happen", etc...
There is the truth and there is the lie(s).

This thread should be on permenant display. The ability of an anonymous person to slander and defame breeders on this board is entirely too easy. Reputation is hard earned and easily tarnished.
I am always grateful for timely posts on genuine scams or breeding issues. However, I challenge the people that complain the most on this board to include the following in their post:
1. Kennel Name
2. Litter, Sire/Dam and Purchase Date
3. The date and time they notified the kennel that they were posting on this board.
The sad reality is that the general public is comprised of a small number of vindictive kooks. That small percentage clearly exists here as well.

I can understand this lady being torn about sending the puppy back. I've been there.I kept the dog and spent a small fortune trying to give him the best life I could. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Best dog I ever had. If these people can prove all the issues they claim this pup is afflicted with, they should be given a refund and allowed to keep the dog. Who else is going to love this pup? And who else would pay all the vet bills?

If I had to give back a dog to have my contract honored, I would not do it. However, if that's what the contract said and I agreed to those terms up front, then I'd not complain about it on an internet list. I would not have purchased the puppy in the first place under those terms.

Malinda, I just can't get myself to be on your side on this case. I assume you did your research on your bitch, Caliber zet Eurosportu and yet you still breeding her, knowing that the fact is that Ben z Bolfu (4 - 3 linebreeding) has Hip dysplasia. I hope for the sake that you sell these puppies of Caliber with limited AKC registration with no breeding rights. This line should be eradicated.
I also searched up your bitches name on OFA and only found her Elbow results.. Why is it that I can't find her Hips results? When will her results come in?

"This has been horrible the worst part is we are left with putting this little guy down."
That's a quote from the original posters 2nd post on this thread. I don't think it's a question of attachment. I feel really bad for the breeder. The best outcome would be return the dog, 100% refund & sever all ties. Now after starting this whole thread & tossing out what at this point sounds like wild & bizarre accusations, the op has disappeared. I can only say WTF?????????? If I were the breeder the last thing in the world I would do is give this person a replacement puppy.
