What about Unix? (Pronounced "You-Nix") Like the operating system. Easy to remember, two syllables, and not meaning Eunuch--(castrated is the best definition I can think of). You'll have to let us know what you decide.

Loved Unar's breeding.  I loved a lot of the Maineiche dogs from Hugo's heyday and since Gerald took over, but for awhile there Maineiche produced just as many so-so dogs as any other large breeder.
Gerald is an awesome trainer with a good head for what goes with what. He could make a pink giraffe look great on the training field. I wish I had a fraction of his skill and talent.

Yes Shelley, Gerald is an excellent trainer.  I learned a lot form him when he came to NY and jusged trials and then did seminars.  I have friends who went to Germany and trained with him at the police K-9 school he was teaching in.

You don't necessarily have to call her by her registered name, so even if you don't like any of the "U" names you can still then call her anything you want.   Also if your breeder is amenable to it, I  think you could always hyphenate her name (U-_________vom Kennel),  which would put the breeders litter letter, in this case a "U",  in front of whatever is the name of your choice, and it's understood the "U" is silent.
