Mystere

by Mystere on 11 February 2010 - 19:02

That's your opinion, which is of absolutely NO consequence or import to me.   I stand by my statement:  her drivel is offensive and mischaracterizes the people on this board.  There is absolutely NO BASIS for her statement whatsoever.  Her sheer speculation is nothing other than mischaracterization.  I think that is clear to most with fully functioning brains.

Boy Mystere  Did I just hit a nerve.....  Just like people are aloud to state their feelings, I am as well.     I  was not as Maggie Mae was stating, saying people approved dog fighting.   I was simply trying to make a fact that as one person posted. That is is just  a dog, as if saying,  Their feeling don't matter and just was venting from the point about everything in general on how animals are being treated.   As far as my neighbor,  there are many people who have lawn ornaments..  I see nobody had an opinion on that except you.  So unless you are one of them who just leave your dog outsisie all of  the time, then there really was no need to resond the way you did.  You might have a guilty conscience.     One person stated that she does not help or assist her dog having puppies.. I get that it is natural for a dog, but therir are times when things go wrong and the mother may need some help, so why not be by her side to make sure she is alright.    So, don't go putting words into my mouth and going beyond the point  I was trying to make.  As far as my neighbor, she is not exactly next door and I did not state that I didn't do anything.   I am very opposed to animaly abuse and neglect across the board.  I am just one of those people that feel that a dog or dogs should be considered to be part of the family.... not it's just a dog theory.   Thanks again Magie Mae.

Yes, you are on my last nerve, because stupidity  and stupid, dishonest people tend to do that.  You did not simply state:  " I was simply trying to make a fact that as one person posted. That is is just a dog, as if saying, Their feeling don't matter ...."   Go back and read your own post.

I have no idea what you mean by "aloud," as this was written, not spoken.  Do you mean "allowed"?   If so, of course, you are entitled/allowed  to your opinion, baseless though it is.  I pointed out that your "opinion" that there may be people on this board who condone dog-fighting or starving dogs was BASELESS, as it is based  on NOTHING you have ever read from this board.   You are simply too disingenuous to acknowledge that, apparently.     I notice you do not (and cannot) address that.    But, whatever, Dodie.

Who gives a --- about "lawn ornaments"?   I stated NOTHING about any lawn ornaments, much less offering any opinion about them.   Are you delusional?

I am quite finished wasting time with you.     Not bothering to respond to you further.

Magpie,

You are always so amusing.   I can always count on you for cheap entertainment!!   Why don't you just fly off with the other  crows?   Odd that such idiocies as above are about all you ever have to offer.    LOL

If what I said was such "blah, blah, blah"  why would you feel the need to respond?  What an idiot.   You and Rayray should  just go take you medication...or go take a walk in the snow.  Maybe you'd do the world the favor of getting lost in it. LOL

Rayray, didn't you mention that even your doctor had asked you about whether mental problems were rampant in your family?  That was a HINT, dear.  Get help!!

by TessJ10 on 12 February 2010 - 00:02

Ok, Mystere might not get the Tact award, but what she wrote:

"I pointed out that your "opinion" that there may be people on this board who condone dog-fighting or starving dogs was BASELESS, as it is based on NOTHING you have ever read from this board."

is ABSOLUTELY TRUE.  She's right, and what raymond and MaggieMae wrote is most certainly more offensive and witchy than what Mystere wrote. raymond and Maggie, there you go with the name-calling, 4-letter words and the weight issues again.  Much more offensive.

What Mystere wrote was true.  There has been absolutely no basis for saying that people on this board may condone dog-fighting, and you all swallowed it.

Back on topic: VomMarischal's post about giving newborn puppies lots of handling, even before their ears and eyes open, is excellent, and is the reason a lot of people prefer to have their puppies whelped in the house, and that has nothing to do with making them weak and coddling them.

I've noticed Ray Ray's spelling and grammar have dramatically improved today. I'm impressed.

Now about the content of his posts....oh well that's another project.

One step at a time. We'll work on the bowdlerize issue later.

Yes, I've heard about that super puppy program. There is a method to such madness,  or so I've discovered.

Really this is getting crazy. No one is in support of  starving dogs, or fighting dogs who post here, as far as I can tell. There certainly is more than one way of doing any number of things, like whelping in the winter.  And accepting that by each other is a problem that we could all work on, maybe, sort of, sometimes? LOL

Seems more than a few folks are a bit raw around the edges these days. Maggie you have got to learn to slow down your reading of some posters, like Mystere who can be very precise. I do think poor Dodie had no idea what hit her, LOL  Mystere, can I offer you a cup of calming chamomile  tea, and from reading another thread, for 4pack, I have a nice cuppa Pregnancy tea, it might be just what the doctor ordered.  Raymond, I got a special brew for you, mostly a nice tisane from the nightshade family. For myself, since we are now officially on winter break, I'll be cracking open a nice cold brewski any minute, now.
