  has the thought crossed your mind that this might just be the tip of the iceberg when it comes to  altostland? or do believe that despite the seriousness of it, its an isolated one off?...that has never happened before and is unlikely to ever happen again? and as a kennel their practices are of the highest standard when it comes to clients and animal care? if so just say so, if you believe otherwise would you say it or does being a member of altostlands forum prohibit you expressing such an opinion.

While your posts have been most honorable and I thank you for posting them but your posts and this thread will be no service to Susann. Her getting her dog now would only be a liability to her. It has been well documented that dogs kept by this creature Malone has been in such condition that they would be better off being put out of their misery.

The purpose this thread can now two fold, it can let as many people as possible know what this horrible excuse of a human being this Malone is and to stay clear of her.

The other purpose of this thread is to let people who the ones are that support this woman by being on her board and are still on her board and now by being over whelmed here have switched to "oh lets help Susann", well it's a little late for that and no one is buying their supposed support..

If I were as spineless as these people I would not be using my real name here either. My how much courage they have when no one ever knows who they are and what they have ever done for the GSD.

troyinspect why do you not post your  forum plug on judy's site. You sell you dogs on there. This thread has nothing to do with your forum.

The reason Troyinspect does not advertise his forum on Judy's site is b/c he would get the boot. He e mailed me several days ago saying IF he could be a member of the ddrlegends forum he would get off Judy's forum. How good of him but I reminded him that he WAS a member of the legends forum a couple years ago and we gave him the boot for advertising a dog for sale that was in horrible condition and cabled out with the cable going around the back leg. It was obvious by the neck hair that the dog had been on this cable for quite some time.

Troy says that he was never on our forum but I was the one that called for a vote to boot him. He then told me it was time for him to start his own forum. While we are on that subject, for those of you that keep referring to the legends forum as my forum be advised that I am one of three moderators and we have an administrator so stop sucking your thumbs. It is amazing how many guests cruise our forum on a regular basis and we have determined that many of them are from Malone's site.

We have given notice to our members that any of them that are on Malone's forum will be deleted from the legends forum. There are two other forums that have also made this ruling.

I can't imagine any person who is a lover of the GSD or any breed for that matter would want to be connected to Malone in any way.

I agree with you wholeheartedly about Susan most likely being better off not getting the dog back now.  That is very unfortunate.  But at the same time it will most likely be difficult to get monitary restitution, which was the reason for my post.  Without judicial back up, she is going to have a difficult time getting anything in the way of restitution of any kind if the other party doesn't want to make good on her responsibility to do so. 

That was my purpose to once again ask if someone can put up useful information as to what avenues are available legally to those who are taken to the cleaners by unscrupulous dog sellers.  There are MANY MANY of them out there...and just like some of the posters do on these forums, when they get found out, they simply change their user names or business names so we don't recognize them iimmediately. 
But they still go on conducting scams and frauds...business as usual.

Also, I would caution everyone to be careful how far you go on the statements posted here..
The purpose of a thread such as this one is to bring this situation out into public view, so the public can be made aware of these and similar scams as well as the scammers.

But if the line is crossed, the thread immediately disappears! 

That is of benefit to no one....  except the "Disappearee"!!

If you had read the retired police officer thread or this entire thread you coulda figured that out pretty easily.

I'm against all puppy mill types, of which there are plenty here.

Steve is it true that your female lost all her hair and pups died at birth recently? Maybe your female came from a puppy mill!!!!!  Seems you guys have more time running your mouths than actually train. I have never posted a dog on your site for sale. If you can provide proof, will pay you 100000000dollars.
