Actually, Dawgma, you are incorrect. I do know who ScoutK9 is, (not ScoutS) and this person allowed me to use their login once on this board to register my youngest pup when I couldn't log in using mine b/c I forgot it. Sorry to disappoint you. You have not really discovered anything terribly interesting. The owner of Scout K9 is absolutely NOT on the legends board. I use my own name on the legends board...drumroll.....JEN. You ain't too bright, are ya buddy? LOL.

You may be right, but I'm smart enough to know that the whole group of DDR breeders that are involved in this used to be a pretty close knit group that blew smoke up each others butts for quite some time, then the wars started between them and they split into factions.

They're all just a bunch of showdog breeders but with different coloured dogs, none of their dogs do or will do anything but look pretty, unless you consider posing for pictures working.

Give it some time, they will all screw up and show themselves for what they are.

We have all been putting every kind of pressure that we can. It is despicable that this pup is finally delivered at 8 months.

Yes.....the dog was delivered to the client without papers, that is why nothing had been said.........In reading so many posts of people not getting papers, it was a decision to wait until papers were delivered.  The dog weighed in at 47 lbs (8 months) 

I'm guilty of lurking on this and other threads concerning alt-ostland. Sometimes in amazement, sometimes in shock, but always with fascination.

Now that the 'offending' forum is no longer on the horizon, the 'Asinine Assassins' from DDR Legends have crawled back to their dung heap. Interesting that nothing has been heard from Steve Lio, the crippled up, whining old man who lives 25 years in the past, Jennifer from Ft. Worth, who is just as guilty of mistreating dogs and Pam from N.E. Someone challenged dear Pam's statement about never having dealings with alt-ostland and she hasn't been heard from since.

Those of us/you who have become avid followers of these threads have only to look back at the antagonistic postings of these three bufoons, along with some doctored and grossly inaccurate photos to see that this was a carefully orchestrated attack on someone and whomever was associated with them...people who had no idea what was going on and found themselves reviled by some pretty repulsive people. That is what I find most repulsive. Guilty or not, dragging others into the fray with no proof is definitely libelous.

It now seems that there's only one or two who didn't have their 'radio' turned on and they are now attacking someone else. These attacks are moronic and juvenile at best and only show that they are at the bottom of that particular food chain.....a tough talker from across the pond, who calls herself Pete and another who calls herself/himself Dawgma. I've seen Dawgma's posting on other subjects/ threads and it seems this person can only vomit the postings once in awhile because it takes him/her quite a long time to come up with something stupid to say.

I do believe the tide is turning on these bottom feeders and we will have to go back to our TVs and newspapers soon.....because there is talk of at least two attorneys who have joined our ranks. They too must be fascinated by the goings on here.

The lady in Germany and her customer have their dog, the offending forum is shut down and I hear legal action is being taken against that person. So that's it, eh? Noone else to pick on? Surely not moi, The Interdictor!

First of all, let me address the issue of my anonymity. I chose this username with great care. I have no need to identify myself further. It's not about me, after all. I've had fame in my lifetime and it's not what it's cracked up to be. But I digress.

We seem to have aroused some of the lesser bottom feeders this day. For those of you who are sitting in the bleachers watching these games, I invite you to go to the link mentioned below and start at the beginning and read all 136 posts concerning alt-ostland and the members of that particular forum. There will be a quiz. Not really, but please approach it with an open mind. I would urge you to use great haste, as we know what can happen to threads and forums. This particular forum (in it's entirity) has been idle for 3 full days now -

One of the things you will note is that the most venomnous of the posters are the very same you see here at Pedigree Database forums. You will also note that, contrary to what they would want you to believe, there is in fact a lopsided 'forum against forum' battle going on. As proof positive of that is their leader saying that he would remove people from his forum that were members of alt-ostland forum and various references to 'the ladies forum' and 'the furbabies forum.'

Back in October of 2007 this same crew of hate mongers launched another unsuccessful campaign against this same breeder. They used some of the same pictures that recently showed up in this forum and their own forum. The photos used back then were suspicious also. It was a replay, ladies and gentlemen. They failed the first time and decided to try again. This time, they used one or two doctored photos and an older photo of a dog that was imported with part of it's ear missing. Conveniently, this was retracted well after the 'damage' had been done.

If these charges held any truth at all, we all know the offender would have been shut down, arrested, taken to trial and given a lengthy prison sentence.

There were a couple of times that I 'misspoke' in my previous posts and I would like to address them now.

#1. "Someone challenged dear Pam's statement about never having dogs from alt-ostland" It should have read "dealings" instead of dogs. I apologize.

#2. "Jennifer from Ft. Worth, who is just as guilty of mistreating dogs" I should have expanded upon that to agree with Jen that she didn't mistreat her own dogs, but neglected those belonging to others, left in her care. No apology necessary.

And Jenni78: The misspelling of your leader's name was intentional. And as most everyone else will see, the matter at hand "The treatment of dogs" wasn't really the intent of this or any other thread concerning alt-ostland, it's administrator or the members. This thread was hijacked with the very first post.

Allison: All of your concerns are addressed above except the following:  Do you really believe that reporting alt-ostland to PETA would give you all the satisfaction you so desperately require? Think about it - Who could alt-ostland name as her co-conspirators?  You and the rest of the rabid bunch from DDR Legends. All those in agreement raise their hands. The audience wins.

Was she skinny? Was she wormy? Giardia or coccidia? Did she have all her shots? The age and weight quoted would be within the breed standard which in the USA is not so common as we tend do favor over-sized GDSs (myself included).

Where are the pictures with proof of date taken (the front page of a newspaper showing the date would suffice).

Have the papers been delivered?

This is getting SO out of hand. 

The original post by Susann was written because she had not received her dog in over 7 months.  The dog has since been delieved WITHOUT AKC papers.  After her story was told, a few people came forward with their posts of poor business practices and stories of neglected dogs and puppies owed or sold by Alt-Ostland. 

Evidently, a few of you still do not believe these cases and probably never will.  You believe pictures have been altered and stories fabricated just to shut down a forum.  You ask for dates and case numbers and why authorities have not sent her to prison.  It's not that easy.  AKC was notified, USA was notified, UKC was notified.  These clubs requested copies of written agreements, correspondence of emails pertaining to the complaint, bills of sale, dates of neglect, registration #'s, birthdates of all dogs involved in the situation...this information could then be mailed to the clubs. 

Some of us DO care about the dogs.  Just because we haven't posted, doesn't mean we've let it go.
