Oh you didn't know he "does rescue"? He also evals peoples dogs/puppies and says they are shit, but hand them over and he can "fix" them.  Either join his club for $400 or dump your shitter (his opinion) and he will take care of it, so you can buy a real dog. He takes free dogs and then sells them. Quite the convenient turn around profit huh?

4pack, If I haven't been mistaken He was going to take approx. 13 dogs to the sieger show, to show what a real dog can do. Back in 2006 I invited him to enter his dog, Taz to WDA Schutzhund nationals since he claims that he has the most titled dog in the country but never entered his dog in. Such a shame since I didn't get the chance of meeting this celebrity.

I never DID get my pup returned to me last year.
I didn't contract with Helser myself nor have I ever done any business with him; someone else did, telling Helser the 'pup' was hers when in fact it was NOT (Helser didn't do research on his clients to see if what he was being told was the truth-and I would never even consider boarding a puppy at someone else's place that was 11wks old!)-the pup had not been paid for, so he was still legally mine. The 3rd party didn't pay her feed/boarding bill for this pup she took to Helser's residence for 2 months, so Helser apparently confiscated the pup-only when I requested his return to me and the 3rd party informed me that she COULDN'T return him because Helser wouldn't let him go, did I find out about all this mess and this character. I called and informed Helser the puppy was indeed mine (I have AKC papers for this male in MY name right here in my possession, and both of his parents are AKC DNA profiled, so a DNA swab would quickly confirm my claims).  We even offered to pay the amount Helser said he'd take to return the pup into my possession safely-Helser then REFUSED my $. We were told he was not on Helser's property but in Indiana somewhere.  So, I didn't get back my pup despite lots of heartbreaking effort put forth last year, and the 3rd party who caused the mess in the first place gets to deal with it legally and make restitution. If she wants to sue Helser, that's up to her-might not be a bad idea at this point. Here's the only pic provided to me by Helser in August to let me know my 'pup' was ok:  
I assume this person in the pic is the one who has him (or a girlfriend to the person who has him). While I hope he's healthy & happy like this pic shows (he was 9wks old when he left my premises into this mess; he'd be 18 mos old now-had I known I was lied to and that he would not be kept by the 3rd party in her home like I was told but boarded somewhere at this age and subjected to this sort of mess, he would've never left with her and I would've sent her packing!), I think it's sickening what people will do to others, even when they know they're in the wrong. Hard lesson learned.

He does NOT do rescue. That germanshepherd.com link was from 2006. It was the rescue that I was trying to start my self..with him as a contracted trainer...well I learned the truth about him, and closed it down, so he is NOT assoc with me at ALL anymore. Bill-Good luck getting your money..

Tim tells people around Dayton/Brookville (where he lives) and on craigslist that he does German shepherd rescue to get the dogs. I know he does not do rescue.

Ive been pleasding my case to SchH USA about, just simply telling the truth about Helser,  but  imo, they wish to remain a 2nd rate organization,  full of  known criminals & Cons  in their ranks.  

Emails & Criminal records were sent to the Regionnal Director.  Still SchH USA does Nothing.  They are weary of a 'backlash' from the accused!  Her very words.   Not abiding by By Laws doesnt seem to concern USA either. He hasnt held a trial  as in the by laws.

Im considering suit against USA and as long as I own a GSD, I will never be  a USA member or trial at their event.  Its PSA or IPO for me.

SchH USA imo,  is a 2nd rate organization that is focused on money, not ethics.   Shame on you Nia & Michele.

Its a shame really, bill.  I am searching for my new GSD for PP and PSA. I got the ok from my other half to get the big dog again, and protect my family. :) I will not be interested in SCHh again. No need really. To much BS gets by with the "laws" not being enforced. Just gotta find my bi-color or black sable "perfect" green male....and I will be intouch with your group again to begin training! Yea! Im past the Helser thing, and feel sorry for those who dont know any better.

Our PSA club finished the highest in terms of score & dogs titling in the last regionnal tournament in TN.   There are several excellent dogs, and the trainers are very accomplished.  They have experience working pups into titled machines.  Im please thus far.   They still laugh about Helser getting knocked on his ass by a large intense Bulldog,  he attempted to catch.

SchH USA stands for nothing but dollar.  Ethics mean nothing to them.

Evidenced by allowing Helser, who has SINCE accumulated more criminal charges while a member, and they do nothing.  They actually fear a reprisal in the form of a suit if they were to take action.  Im paraphrasing from my last conversation with Nia.    But they best fear a reprisal in the form of a lawsuit or class action from disgruntled owners and former club members who have been swindled & had their dogs ruined, while that idiot disgraces their name.

Their refusal to address it, means they condone it.  Its not over, its just getting started for them & Helser.

One question: Have you or anyone you know ever of filed a FORMAL complaint against Helser with evidence to support your claims? I too have real issues with USA not cleaning up its' ranks from the obvious low lifes who give the breed and the sport a bad name, but when I have asked about some particular situation, incident or person I have been told that NO FORMAL COMPLAINTS had been filed.

Though I disagree with the policy of allowing people to run amok (who claim USA membership) when many concerns have been brought up over and over and over, the policy of USA seems to be that they will NOT do anything about any situation or person unless hit over the head with it in the form of a formal complaint. Therefore, if you have not yet filed one, I hope you will take the initiative. It seems you have a lot of company in wanting to see this person in court and out of such organizations etc.

If 1/10th of what goes on here and other boards is true (and there is always truth in such posts), this guy needs to be run out of dogs and the sport. But, he will likely just continue to pull his criminal stuff. Maybe we can get him to move to CA. There, if he continues, he could be jailed as a habitual offender and spend many years in the slammer.
