5.      Was die von mir bezüglich der im Miteigentum stehenden Hunde getragene Kosten und Futtergaben angeht, sind diese Gegenstand des von mir gegen die Eheleute Borowski vor dem Amtsgericht Lüdinghausen eingeleiteten und dort noch anhängigen weiteren Klageverfahrens zu dem Aktenzeichen 12 C 832/07, in welchem der nächste Gerichtstermin vor dem Amtsgericht Lüdinghausen am 22.09.2008, 09:30 Uhr, Saal 118 stattfindet. Die Gerichtsverhandlung ist öffentlich.

 

6.      Ich habe es nicht nötig, irgendwen unter Druck zu setzen und zu veranlassen, für mich „falsche Sachen“ auszusagen. Die gegenteilige Behauptung der Frau Borowski stellt eine Straftat dar, zu der Frau Borowski nicht einmal Ross und Reiter nennt. Diese Unverschämtheit der Frau Borowski wird Gegenstand eines weiteren von mir gegen diese einzuleitenden Unterlassungsverfahren sein.

  

Was die finanzielle Situation der Eheleute Borowski angeht, teile ich folgendes mit:

 

Aus dem abgeschlossenen Klageverfahren 12 C 864/07 AG Lüdinghausen schulden mir die Eheleute Borowski aus dem rechtskräftigen Urteil und aus den dazu ergangenen Kostenfestsetzungsbeschlüssen Geldbeträge. Da die Eheleute Borowski nach Erlass des Urteils und nach Erlass der Kostenfestsetzungsbeschlüsse nicht zahlten, habe ich den Gerichtsvollzieher mit der Zwangsvollstreckung beauftragen müssen. Inzwischen sind auf die sich auf mehr als 1.150,00 € belaufende Gesamtforderung seitens der Eheleute Borowski über die Gerichtsvollzieherin  ganze 17,00 € an meinen Rechtsanwalt gezahlt worden. Nur am Rande sei in diesem Zusammenhang erwähnt, dass die Eheleute Borowski der Gerichtsvollzieherin versprochen und zugesichert hatten, bis Ende Juli 2008 eine weitere, allerdings namhafte Rate an die Gerichtsvollzieherin zahlen zu wollen.

Jetzt wollen Sie sicherlich wissen, ob sich Borowskis an diese gegenüber der Gerichtsvollzieherin gemachte Zahlungszusicherung gehalten haben. Sind Sie wirklich verwundet, wenn ich Ihnen hiermit mitteile, dass sich Borowskis an diese Zahlungszusicherung natürlich nicht gehalten haben?

 

Gibt es zu dem Verhalten und zu der „Glaubwürdigkeit“ der Eheleute Borowski wirklich mehr zu sagen?

It is very sad to see this situation come to this and the Borrowskis throwing a lot of mud at Herr Goeke.  As a friend I feel it necessary to tell eveyone of my experience of him and how he conducts himself and his matters in dogs.  I have known Herr Goeke and his family now for 10 years and in that time, he has been nothing but a loyal, true friend to me and my husband.  In 10 years, he has assisted us with accomodation for Sieger shows for a whole group from Scotland.  He has arranged training for my dogs and several dogs from my friends.  He has arranged breedings for us to some of the top dogs in Germany and at the drop of a hat and at very short notice has arranged these things for friends of mine, just because they were friends.  He has never asked or expected anything in return for doing any of this, which for me is the mark of a true friend indeed. 

Each time I visit in his area, he arranges everything for us and makes us more than welcome at his home and at his club, putting himself out to spend time with us.  In all these years, unlike some kennels in Germany, he has never tried to get us to purchase dogs from him, again proving he is indeed a true friend and not just out to make money.  He has not once asked anything of us, in fact the complete opposite.  We have recently purchased for the first time a puppy from Germany (not from Herr Goeke) and due to the requirements of the pet passport system within the UK, we cannot bring this puppy home until it is older.  When i explained this to Herr Goeke, his wife immediately offered to keep the puppy for us!!!!!  Yes, they have our puppy or youngster as she is now, in their own home, where she is taken care of as one of their own.  She has been fabulously socialised and is regularly taken to the club for training.  I cannot thank either of them enough for what they have done for us and again for nothing at all in return.  How many others out there would do that for you???

To us Ludger is an honest and trustworthy man and someone  who gives his word or makes a promise  and sticks by it no matter what.  He is a true friend in every sense of the word and meaning and I would trust him 100% with anything.  As the records will show, he is not a big breeder, maybe a couple of litters a year but he is very passionate about his dogs and more so about his breeding and does not deserve to have his character blackened by this type of stuff.

Eine weitere Märchenstunde:

Es ist schon sehr amüsant anzusehen wie Herr Göke es immer wieder versucht bei Leuten gut da zu stehen,

er erzählt immer alles so das er im guten Licht steht.

Nun aber zu Sache,wir haben keine Lust immer wieder das selbe zu sagen,so bleibt es bei unseren Aussagen die wir getätigt und auch geschrieben haben.

Es ist aber schon armselig von Herrn Göke einige Sachen zu erzählen die mit den Hunden gar nichts zu tun haben.Bevor Herr Göke es aber fälschlicher weise es wurde nichts bezahlt,ist das falsch,gegen diese Falschaussage werden wir Rechtliche schritte einleiten.

Es liegen bei dem Rechtsamt des SV nicht nur eine Anzeige wegen dem Wurfmeldeschein,sondern auch noch eine Anzeige wegen Urkundenfälschung der Zeichnungsberechtigung der Hündin Lilli,dieses nicht vergessen Herr Göke.Genau dieses wurde bei der Staatanwaltschaft in Paderborn auch angezeigt,Sie sind nicht freigesprochen worden!!Außerdem wenn Herr Göke Dreckige Wäsche waschen will dann bitteschön,Herr Göke hat noch nicht einemal den Schneid und einen Arsch in der Hose wenn es um eine Sache geht er lässt dritte für sich schreiben um dann einen Richterkollegen anonym oder auch nicht bei dem SV anzuzeigen hierrüber gibt es BEWEISE!!!!vergessen  Herr Göke???Ich sage nur Jahr 2005.

Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Greichtstermin mit Herrn Göke!!!

Die Hündin Qwinta gehört schon immer Manuela zu 50% und nicht wie es Herr Göke behauptet er sei Alleiniger Eigentümer in der Ahnentafel alles eine große und weitere Lüge!!Erfreulich aber ist es das nicht bestritten wird das Herr Göke Anwalts und Gerichtskosten bezahlen muss!!!!!

Falls gegen das Urteil vom LG Berufung eingelegt wird und dieses dann bei dem OLG Hamm entschieden werden sollte und wenn dann auch noch Prozesskostenbeihilfe bewilligt wird,dann ist das doch schön,denn es wird stets nur Beihilfe bewilligt,wenn Aussicht auf erfolg besteht Herr Göke und wenn es dann aufeinmal anders aussieht bezahlt nicht der Steuerzahler sondern SIE!!!! Vorher erkundigen bevor Sie behauptungen aufstellen.

Noch einmal alles was gesagt und geschrieben wurde entspricht der tatsache.

Bis zu nächsten Schreiben von Göke und bis zur naächsten Klage von Göke vielleicht hat Herr Göke ja auch ein Abbo bei Gerichten und bekommt Rabbat

But to matter, we do not want always to say the same, it shall remain in our statements that we made and also wrote.

But it is already poor by Mr Göke some things to tell the dogs with nothing to do haben.Bevor Mr Göke fälschlicher wise but it was not paid, it is wrong, against this false statement, we will initiate legal steps.

The dog belongs Qwinta always Manuela to 50% and not as Mr Göke claimed he was sole owner of all pedigree and a big lie! Pleasing but it is not disputed that Mr Göke lawyer and court costs to pay! !

If against the judgement of LG will appeal and then the OLG Hamm should be decided and then even if legal aid is approved, but it is beautiful, because there is always only aid granted if there is prospect of success and Mr Göke if it looks different aufeinmal not paid the tax payers but YOU!! Prior to inquire before you behauptungen up.

Once everything was said and written is the fact.

Hello All,

I hope no one here will be taken by Frank Borowski's lies and deceiving tales. I spoke to Mr Goke before and he is a guy that is willing to help. As for Frank Borowski, please stay away from him. I know for a fact that he owes other lots of money from all over the world. He will write nasty message to scare people off. I hope everyone will stand up to such a bully like him.
