I know that there are alot of people who are very knowledgeable about conformation so please teach me the quality(or non-quality) of what I am looking at with my girl.

is the picture at the correct angle?  pic looks a little off, giving her a straight looking shoulder.

love her head and pigment, nice dark eyes and gums.  looks like a happy girl. high withers, firm back, sufficient angulation in the rear. feet aren't bad, but I'd like to see the toes a little shorter, or a firmer foot, not sure what terms to use.

How should the shoulder look?

I get it... No one can say anything because of how perfect she is!!!!!

I don't care about her pedigree.  I get tired of reading about a dogs grand father or great grandfather because the parents themselves have little or no merit to begin with!  I can't see your dogs personality, so that can't be brought in as a factor.

The croup and tail set on this dog are awful!  Straight back???  Its too long and I can see a slight bend in the middle.   There is no turn of stifle, its straight and stretched to the hilt.  Even the eyes are too light sitting in such a dark face.

Her major flaw is she has a short, steep upper arm, which will affect her reach when gaiting. She won't be able to reach far enough out for a nice, long stride. Her pasterns also look a bit too long, but they are not weak or saggy.

There's something about her overall proportions that doesn't loook right, but I can't decide if it's her legs are too long or if it's her back that's too long??

Here's a dog which I think has a very nice shoulder and front end, for comparison:

It looks to me like the picture was taken with a slight from the front angle, distorts the overall look.  Did you by chance do some photoshop to remove a leash line?  Her top line looks like it's not quite natural which is why I asked.

Smartguy, the last time some of us offered critiques on a dog here, the dog ended up being put  up for sale and dumped to the first buyer because the owner didn't like what was said. She was looking for a cheap Va quality dog, the dog was not going to be that so he had to go. It turned out that it was this 2 years old's 3rd home, he's now in his 4th as far as I know. I no longer offer critiques on dogs since I don't want to get involved in the way some wholesale their dogs here like used kitchen appliances. Not saying that is who you are, just letting you know who I am and I think I may speak for some others here with conformation experience.

If she were my dog, I'd PM someone like Molly Graf, Eichenluft,  or Sueincc, both are experienced with workinglines and can refer you to others who will be happy to help you out privately. There are others here who know those lines, Molly is the first to come to mind. You might also think about signing on to www.shepherdcentral.com  where  the nonesense and meanspirited behavior that goes on here is not tolerated.  Some there are qualified to critqiue your dog and will do it in a constructive way. Good luck with her. She's very pretty I think.
