A GSD/Collie cross would be my next favourite.

While Micah, even though we only had him a short 5 months until his untimely death, was my favorite.....
Lightning has been with us over 14 years and at 16 he is slowing down.
We dread the possibility of his eventual passing. Such a regal looking fellow.
He also grew quite fond of Micah and mopes around the house without his little "brother" being around.

My second choice would have to be the Malinois..then I think the Sheltie.
