We would have insisted that the vet took another plate, they are not straight at all.I thought that you were an accredited breeder tigermouse.Do you not have any idea yourself what these xrays are gonna be ? And hoping they are gonna come back 15 !!

are you planning on using this dog ? if so they wanna be coming back more 10 or under surely

I hope that they are but the xray is not a good one.Change your vet!!

OK?????

i have a rough idea about x rays but i am by no means an expert...nor do i breed often so i have not had the need to x ray that many dogs...sorry we cant be experts in everything.

i am hoping that his hips will come back 0 0 but don't we all. 15 is the cut off point for me i wouldn't consider a breeding with hips over a  score of 15.

if you wish to contact me via pm or phone to discuss my ethics please feel free

are the x rays that bad?, i have seen much worse myself.

by Peggy on 30 August 2008 - 00:08

I never said the xrays were that bad i said change your vet because the xray position is terrible.

No one person is an expert in everything but surely if you are an accredited breeder you should have more knowledge in this field. Is'nt the point of an accredited breeder some one who is knowledgeable about breeding dogs,If by your own admission you do not breed very often then why are you awarded the title of an accredited breeder

i rest my case

i honestly think i deserve the accredited breeder title

i have worked so hard to get things right. you don't know me or my dogs.

tell me now how many people do you know who do hips, elbows, haemophilia, TLI ,and have full bloods run yearly on all dogs used for breeding. ....i do...i spend hours each day doing research to make sure i don't mess up.

my dogs have good sturdy conformation and can work. they are Healthy and have super temperaments, my pups are reared in my living room, all are endorsed wormed chipped etc.

if you want proof of this i will gladly send you the receipt for my last bill from my vet for over £790 for one dogs health tests

i am an accredited breeder because i genuinely care.  do i have to breed lots of litters of sub standard quality to get the title of accredited breeder?

Well done then!  Look on the bright side, it's below the breed average which is 18 or 19 I think, and.... they're even!

the breed average is 19 :) so he is well under.

I would like to apologize to Peggy for being such a grumpy cow. lol

I have been tearing my hair out over this for months. he is such a wonderfull dog.

I wont use that vet again as he is flipping useless at hips I think I will use marilyn in Southampton I have heard she is good.
