We already have been warned that Mr Obama plans on using executive orders on his FIRST DAY.

Yes, he does - not dissimilar to Bush using executive authority to bypass Congress when it suited his agenda. What's good for the goose is good for the gander!

Now the Bush administration is planning a flurry of regulations to leave their imprint even as the American people signal the highest disapproval rating ever.

abcnews.go.com/Blotter/Story

Bush also used signing statement on Bills to reflect his disagreement and to give him the flexibility to ignore laws when it suited his purpose. I have never understood the concept of a signing statement. If a president does not like a law he should veto it - but if he signs it or his veto is overturned then the president should be bound to follow the law.

Bush did enough damage with the Patriot Act. It has enough potential for abuse already.

I agree though the right-wingnuts viewed opposition to the Patriot Act as being supportive of the terrorists. Now we have a change of administration and have to hope that the broad latitude and powers the  Patriot Act  gives will not be misused.

Remember how the Republicans in the Senate wanted to exempt judicial appointments from the Senate rules which could prevent passage based on a simple majority? It was a measure of sanity from the moderate wing of both parties that prevented it from happening. I bet Republicans are glad today that change in rules did not pass.

Ever hear this statement, attributed to Pastor Martin Niemoller, used in the context of Nazi Germany on the dangers of laws that target a particular group? We are used to constitutional and other protections in the US and we modify or give them up at our peril.

"They came first for the Communists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Communist;
And then they came for the trade unionists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionist;
And then they came for the Jews, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew;
And then . . . they came for me . . . And by that time there was no one left to speak up."

“We shall have world government whether or not you like it, by conquest or consent.”

Beetree..I cited my source (CNBC)  .   Youre  another Lemming, in denial,  if you think otherwise.  What we have is a global depression, soon to be, led by the Banksters running the USSA.

Not sure where youre from (Scotland?) but the Royal Bank of Scotland (Clearing House) has expressed their grave concerns regarding a collapse.   Stick to dog issues, youre too stupid to even have an opinion that is worth reading regarding finance & political matters.

If others would like more to read, this is from Paul Craig Roberts-Former US Treasury Secretary, Wall Street Journal Editor & Founder of Reaganomics.

Re my quote to Kalibeck et al.

"Then, the only core problem OUR world has is, Over Population.     We do our best to breed better dogs, why can't people breed better humans?  Why do we feel this is a right we have?  Why don't we put some rules to that so that only those who can proof they are worthy humans are allowed to breed?  Why can't we?

The quality of the people is going to determine the direction of a country."

your response:  The very essence of the Nazi belief structure turning up on a German Shepherd dog board...horrific.

Nothing is further from the truth.  I would like to see people put more thought into their choice for a mate and the consequent future of this combination as we as breeders do to better a breed.

We give people too much credit, by allowing, and justifying, children having children throughout the world, because we feel we have the right to... Oh it was an accident.  And there goes the future of the planet slowly but certainly being swallowed up by breeding lower intelligence.

Mother Earth simply can not carry this load much longer.  Soil Erosion has been a problem for a few decades already.  The San Jaquin Valley in California used to be able to produce multiple crops in one year, which it can't any longer.   Global Warming is a product of over population.  What ever we do is a band aid on the problem unless we reduce the population world wide.  But no one dears speaking out and the government doesn't want to touch such a politically incorrect subject as we need to keep the populaton nrs up, because the cost of keeping the retired in Medicare and Medicaid, social security by means of collecting taxes etc.

Japan and Russia are encouraging their people to have more children for the same (stupid) reasons.    The Germans did too a few years back.   Just JUMP, but don't consider the long term consequences.   We are, simply put,  existing on a ball of dirt, depending on the sun to keep us warm.  Neither is infinite.  IF you care about the planet, then you need to start with yourself, the population, to keep it turning.  Checks and balances.

Anyone who would like to disprove it, give it a try.  Love to hear some good news!

People arent the problem, but the solution.  Never have been the problem. Youre buying into the Rothschild New World Order plans,  for massive extermination and have bought the hype that its for our own good. Its a LIE,

Theres Plenty of food, water, resources in the world and at home.

In US alone,  less than 1/50th of our land is even habited. Most people (75%) live in Urban areas.  We do need proper Management OF reources,  but playing GOD and mandating a Communist System of Family restriction, is Souless, GODless and Satanic.  Dont fall for it.

Whats at issue is the way things are run.  And ultimately it comes down to the BANKSTERS that Enslave entire nations, Interest RULES the World.  They control You, your government, your military, your media, your life through interest and taxes.    World Banks, & Central Banks Impoverish nations forever with interest, penalites and fund wars with their Shylocked Loans, these are the same people Christ called ..'Snakes, Serpents, Vipers, Fathers of the Devil, Liars & Hypocrites.'   Nothing has changed in 2008 years with these people.

In case youve not noticed the USSA is losing our prestige, status & rating in the world,  & will soon become 3rd world, this by design.  We are still paying off  interest loans from WW2 and Vietnam,  in case youre wondering.

A One  World Government has been the goal for decades,  by these Satanic monsters.   And yes, you will comply with family requirements, have a National ID, and eventually a Microchip, as your dog does, that can be shut off at any time, if youre not a good slave. All of your data, including banking, mdeical etc  will be on this chip.  Just be a good slave and you will have nothing to worry about.

I have no idea who Rothschild is.  So much for that.  I was an over the road tour guide for many years in a unique position of dealing with international travelers, as i speak four languages, thus learning a lot from and about many different societies, while trying to explain about our 'culture' as that is so misunderstood around the world.

I am totally AGAINST what you are thinking I am for, UglyDog.   You are unfortunately taking my words out of context or misinterpreting them.

"The way things are run", as you mentioned, is what I meant with "the Band Aid on the problem. "

I want the people of this world to start taking responsibility for what we are doing to it and ourselves.  I don't have children, and that was done with what I saw coming 30 years ago.   You can not expect from people with a lesser awareness of their surroundings to know what they are doing to it.   Over the many years that I have been people watching, I know that we are not all born equal.  Like it or not.

Hence there is a need for social guidance to prevent sociatal suicide, degradation of our world, if we just keep hoping for the best, which is what it seems we are best at...

ONE government for this earth is inevitable in time.  Not a dictatorship.  It is the only way to make things work.   Once we are all in agreement that there is one goal, ie: not just survival of our species, but the thriving of our species, we will realize this.  Not likely during our life time, that is clear.

That ONE Government you spoke of , WILL be Run by the ROTHSCHILDs and the other  Criminal Banksters he employs..and it WILL be a Communist Dictatorship

It Defies Everything the US founding Fathers stood for and is not a solution, but a catastrophe for any that are forced to live under it. I cant belive you would think ot tout it otherwise.

Rothschild, so you know, Slithered his way into England centuries again from a Kosher European Ghetto, crashed the London Stock Exchange, bought assets  up for pennies on the dollar (Sound familiar?)

. He is the welalthiest man in the world, owns entire nations, including Britian, USA, Europe & Israel, through his monetary control of the World IMF, Central & Fed Reserve Bank. He and his heirs have killed hundreds of millions in their wars..

The key to overpopulation, lies in the empowerment of women, we will control population growth  ... thus we should be granted freedom from taxation, free to use the 2nd as intended for the balance of our lifetime. Sounds good to me.

Seriously though, who decides? Who among us is so wise as to decide who among us should live or die? Who among us is so wise as to decide who among us is useful or not ?

We are not the part of general ecological system as we should be, this is the problem I see.

Survivor anyone ??  ...   LMAO

Stages of Collapse

Stage 1: Financial Collapse. Faith in "business as usual" is lost. The future is no longer assumed resemble the past in any way that allows risk to be assessed and financial assets to be guaranteed. Financial institutions become insolvent; savings are wiped out, and access to capital is lost.

Stage 2: Commercial Collapse. Faith that "the market shall provide" is lost. Money is devalued and/or becomes scarce, commodities are hoarded, import and retail chains break down, and widespread shortages of survival necessities become the norm.

Stage 3: Political Collapse. Faith that "the government will take care of you" is lost. As official attempts to mitigate widespread loss of access to commercial sources of survival necessities fail to make a difference, the political establishment loses legitimacy and relevance.

Stage 4: Social Collapse. Faith that "your people will take care of you" is lost, as local social institutions, be they charities or other groups that rush in to fill the power vacuum run out of resources or fail through internal conflict.

Stage 5: Cultural Collapse. Faith in the goodness of humanity is lost. People lose their capacity for "kindness, generosity, consideration, affection, honesty, hospitality, compassion, charity" (Turnbull, The Mountain People). Families disband and compete as individuals for scarce resources. The new motto becomes "May you die today so that I die tomorrow" (Solzhenitsyn, The Gulag Archipelago).

 former Goldman Sachs Chairman John Whitehead:

'I think [this slump will be worse than the depression.  We’re talking about reducing the credit of the United States of America, which is the backbone of the economic system. … I see nothing but large increases in the deficit, all of which are serving to decrease the credit standing of America. … I just want to get people thinking about this, and to realize this is a road to disaster. I’ve always been a positive person and optimistic, but I don’t see a solution here.'

Merrill Lynch CEO John Thain at a conference:

“Right now, the US economy is contracting very rapidly. We are looking at a period of global slowdown. This is not like 1987 or 1998 or 2001. The contraction going on is bigger than that. We will, in fact, look back to the 1929 period to see the kind of slow-down we’re seeing now.

Best Buy’s CEO on today’s earnings call:

“Since mid-September, rapid, seismic changes in consumer behavior have created the most difficult climate we’ve ever seen. Best Buy simply can’t adjust fast enough to maintain our earnings momentum for this year.”
