LOL...Shelley,

Steve,
Its good that you do not undulge in taking pills, if thats really true.
There are all kinds of pills in the world.
As far as the board, its about more than just dogs isn't it.
Oh, and you don't take pot, you smoke it, altho some people eat it, I wouldn't.
If the whole world set down together and burnt one all at the same time, the world would be a better place.
Its only illegal to keep the pharmacutical companies in business.
Reefer madness was a lie.....:)
Try quiting tobacco sometime.
Anyway I'm another year older today and not really any wiser.

Moons.

Hello Moons
No, I have never so much as taken a pep pill or anyother subtance other than a head ache tablet, and in my life i have probably done more sports than most on this board, But all was done by my own work and fitness not so much as a so called protein fintness drink to help, it may sound unusual but it is true, Ten years of Karate,
As many years Horse riding in the form of  Race Horse Steeplechasers, and i have run three marathons
But taken nothing but ordinary food on the way
Never eaten a hamburger, never eaten a hot dog, Never eaten Pizza in my life only plain food
So Yes, a boring life compared to many but at my age i feel fairly fit according to the Doctor my Lung compacity is of a man half my age, When i was 40 years old i could hang by my arms on a straight board and lift my legs up to waist height  and down 100 times without a sweat, The big muscle bound Guys could not manage 20 times, i weighed only 9st.10lb
One vice i did have for 6 years early in life was that i smoked, But one day i said to myself why, i was not born with a chimmley on my head, I crushed the packet of cigs in my hand and never smoked again
So i am a bit of a unusual Guy, in that respect, but to some still boring

You were a steeplechase jockey? Small world. I was a thoroghbred jockey for 9 years.
I wish you could send me some of your self-discipline. I wasn't born with much.
I tried most drugs as a young person, in the rock & roll scene in England, but realized quick its no way to live. I kept seeing people I cared for with tombstones in their eyes. I just walked away one day (to the race track) and never looked back. Chapter over. I guess I was lucky to find someting a lot more fun and exciting early in life, if hard on the bones and soft tissues... now causing all kinds of aches and pains in the mornings. Still, I'm glad I went that route instead of staying in the crowd I was in. A lot of them didn't make it past thier 20's.

I'm still nuts, but I come by it naturally.
:-D

Shelley
No, I was never a Jockey, I rode out for the trainers, Two top trainers tried to get me to go into the business as a Jockey
But my other sport above stopped me doing it ,and that sport did require a huge amount of self disapline, for five nights a week for ten years no break, and in the end what for, One injury and it was over, like it never happened
But we choose which way to go, but it is not always the right way, Still i have no regrets just sometimes i think of what would have happened had i changed some things
Steve
