Mark, I agree with your position that Carolyn is due her AKC Limited Registration papers. The one person who can solve that problem right here and now with a stroke of her pen is Daniela Huppe. The conflict that you see playing out between DH and Kimberly on this forum is in fact irrelevant to Carolyn's situation. If Daniela would sign the papers for the "V" litter, then Carolyn will get her papers as promised, regardless of the rest of the conflict. Daniela is apparently right by her phone, just a jingle away, or so she says... have you asked her to sign the papers on the "V" litter? You won't get anything accomplished by beating on Kimberly... she WANTS papers on that litter so that she can give them to ALL her clients. I know you don't like Kimberly, but if Carolyn really wants her papers then Kimberly's not the one who can help you right here and now, that would be Daniela. -Yvette

WOW.
This is just proof that there is two sides to every story, and the truth is somewhere in the middle.  Mind boggling.

All I can say is WOW I cannot believe I took the time to read all that. An hour of my life I will never get back...I must be really bored. I don't know the original poster, never done business with DH, but I do know Kim and have for quite some time. She has brought her females to me for breeding to my stud, I have visited her home, we have chatted and I consider her a friend. She recently purchased a breeding female from me and I have always found her to be honest and reliable. For the original poster, I hope things turn out for you and you get the papers you deserve. I have no doubt Kim is probably doing all she can to make it right . When all the dust setlles please come back and let us all know how it all turned out.

Any of those who might questions Kim's creditability, needs to shoot her an email or give her a call - maybe meet for coffee or dog date and you will see a person who is honest, reliable and more then trustworthy. You will see a person with good ethics and morals who simply adores her dogs, papered or not.  I've spent many days at Kimberly's facilities and have to say there is no way its all about the money.  I know how she cares for her dogs and I've never seen any breeder spoil their dogs nearly as bad as Kim. I highly doubt there are any people who can say anything bad about Kim, unless they were affected by the Daniela catastrophe. Even then there are are a small select few clients who are actually upset.  I've met many of her clients over the years and still friendly with all of them minus one client Liz Gruen, swapping photo's and stories about our four legged kids.  All have nothing but great things to say about her and her family. My family has purchased 3 dogs from Kim over the last 9 years prior to that, we purchase 2 dogs from her mother many years ago. Always made herself available anytime and never mattered what time of the day my family or myself called. Always goes above and beyond.  I do have one of the paperless pups as well but my story is different. Kim had known that there was going to be a problem and made sure I was fully aware of it, and was very serious that he was placed in a loving home. Kim has done all she can to ensure that all her clients receive the correct papers for their dogs. The only reason I even put myself on the line is that I've been involved since the beginning of this mess, I've seen the proof and theres plenty of it. I've also seen the aftermath of devastation of what Daniela has caused for so many, not just Kim.  I know a lot of breeders and none of which would have went to the extent that Kim did and continues to for her clients. It might have been cheaper if from the beginning Kim just offered refunds but instead of doing the easiest thing she did the RIGHT thing.  Just a few questions for those who might questions her creditability or honesty. How many breeders actually stay in contact with almost all their clients? What breeder will come to you even after they move 4 states away to help with something regardless if its for the dog or owners? What breeders spends endless hours giving advise, guidance and help even if she gives a dog away for free? How many breeders do know that donate dogs to families who are in need of services dogs but can't afford it? How many breeders are friendly if not friends with their clients?  Get the point? Its never about what is best or convenient for Kim in the end its always about her dogs.  Whatever Carolyn, Mark, Daniela Huppe aka DH, and some other unknown people made her out to be are the farthest thing from the truth.  The only way for you to find out is to meet her and then you will have no hesitation about her creditability. She's been open, honest about the entire situation from the very start of the drama. She never hid anything from anyone, ask and she will tell.

SchHbabe, first of all we didn't start beating on Kim. Carolyn never mentioned her or her kennel. Kim came on here and exposed herself and that's what started the whole thing. I know kim for a few years when she was going to be partners with a friend of mine. She wanted me to teach her husband helper work. I said i would. I even worked her dogs for her. Now there are three people i know that got screwed from her and that's what bothers me. She did insult me when she wanted to breed to my dog and kept trying to chew me down on the stud fee (which i refused) but we still remained friends. I told her ok i'll give you 50 off the stud fee cause she asked a few more times but then wanted to pay me after the litter was sold. Good thing i said no. Of course there will be people who like her and who don't like her. It's like that in any business. I never mentioned anything bad about her breeding program or as a breeder. I mentioned that carolyn deserves papers for her dog and Liz needs to be left alone. The courts already denied Kim from taking the dog over here in NJ. It's almost like she likes the drama.

Kerry Matthews, your false accusations about Liz. is ridiculous. Did you ever sit and have coffee with liz and a conversation like you suggest for other people to do with kim? Probably not. So how can you judge someone like her without meeting her. You go by what your friend says. Kim wouldn't say bad things about Liz not to long ago when Liz lent her money and gave her husband work when he needed it. Like i said just before, you'll get people who like you and dislike you. You mentioned you don't have papers on a pup but you were made aware of it. Carolyn wasn't made aware of it. She told Carolyn instead that you don't need them now. You'll get them when she needs them. Is that a nice thing to say to a client.

As far DH is concerned, I personally never spoke to the woman and probably never will. What she does is her business. But you guys keep saying all it is is a phone call away, have DH sign the papers and it will be over. As far as i know Kim NEVER registered the litter with AKC. Kim would have to register the litter first and then DH would have to approve it. And it can all be done by email. If Kim registers the litter and then DH didn't sign/ok it then the problem would be on DH. But if the fact is Kim never registered the litter the problem is Kims and then i'd like to see you guys back her then. Find out if the Litter was ever registered and get back to me. If the Litter was registered and DH refused to OK then i'd apologize to Kim.

As I told your girlfriend call me anytime, I will make myself available...... I would love to talk about this via phone to get this ironed out as much as possible at this point.  Its quite clear there is a huge misunderstanding, at this point according to your last post. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
