I am writting in response to people saying tha Kim @ Von Hayden SHepherds is a dishonest person. I have known Kim for over a year now, and not at anytime has Kim ever been dishonest with me. I bought a Import from her a little over a year ago and when I was asking 1000 questions aday she never refuse to call me whenever I asked her to call nor did she ever lie to me. We have talked for as much as 2 1/2 hours at atime before I bought my dog from her and when I got the dog paid for (according to our contract) Kim sent me my papers as promised.I will give my name because I beleive if your gonna say something about someone, let they know who you are and where you can be reached. Don't hide behind forums this is not a pissing match website, it is here to help with problems not slannderin people.

Thank you

This business of leasing/ stud fees/ bitch swaps :)/ divisional of sales/ co-ownership/ boarding/ part-settlement of fees etc. etc are complex dealings between the breeders and their direct business partner/s.  Puppy buyers are quite a different matter.  So, some may draw conclusions from their experiences about their pre/ after sales services but it may not be consistent with the complexities involved in the core of the business relationships/ dealings.

Hopefully the individuals involved will be able to clear their name and maintain their business integrities.

Here is a novel idea Kim, Pay the owner for Nando, and maybe you will get his paper work?

greatestgsd, no offense buddy but you don't know what you're talking about. The original owner, breeder, and trainer of Nando is a guy named Wolfgang living in Germany. There was no "purchase". Believe it or not, not all Germans are money-hungry profiteers who can think only of making a buck on their dogs. Nando was already a senior dog when he came to live with Kim as a *retirement home*. Nando has lived the life of royalty in Kim's house and she has catered to his every need. He is not confined to a dreary kennel existence but rather rests his old bones on the sofa with the rest of the family. Unfortunately the status of his *papers* has not been cut and dry which is the rub, but rest assured Nando has never lived a day with DH. In any case, if you want the facts, contact Kimberly directly. Otherwise you just show how much you don't really know about the situation.

Mark, just for reference, my name is Yvette, Yvette Woodward. I am a real human being, not some Troll lurking behind a screen trying to bluff and bluster behind a keyboard. I sign my posts with my name most of time, at least once on every thread so folks can see who I am. I even proofread your article in Schutzhund USA magazine when you made the SchH3 club, knowing full well that you were in conflict with a friend of mine. Why? Because I am more objective than you might think and I give credit where credit is due. If you ever want a real conversation, my contact information is on my profile...

I know more then you think! How many dogs have you gotten for free? What is a simple matter was turned in to not so simple matter. Nothing in life is free. If you have found things free please do tell, I am sure there is alot of people who would like to know. From what I can understand, the dog is not registered in D.H.'s name? Let me tell you a little some thing about me, I don't lie and I don't cheat people, every thing I own I worked for. It is a shame that people's word is no longer any good, and a need for a contract in writing is so important! For both the seller and the buyer. By the way, I have talked to Kim.
