Hmmm! Just glad I had the foresight to give the benefit of the doubt....

Holy crap.  This is crazy. 

You know, when I see things like this it remainds me of buying a new car.  You research, research, research, then you make a decision and buy it and it's great until the first safety recall, then the second, third, etc and it just keeps on getting worse from there.  By then, your money is spent, you're exhausted, frustrated and you still aren't getting anywhere.  You've done the homework, but the badness doesn't start until the deal is done.

Good luck on that one Kristan, I am still waiting for Daniela to send me the pink papers on the dog she sold me as a  breeding female..., You remember, the barren one that Daniela sold me with only half a uterus?

That was back from June of 2007...

Tammy Jo and I almost fell for a dog last summer from D H . Begged us to buy it and it belonged to Jonathan..she never got the hips but it was posted on database as excellent ofa ..never was done by ofa...then she hid name of dog until Tammy did some research and she promised all paperwork and hips would be done if Tammy would take the dog and she would guarantee the hips be done but pay for the dog up front and get it while it was in Chicago for some weekend thingy...

Tammyjo found too many holes in her story..

.so we ditched it but not before me and TAMMY JO got told what horrible people we were...

You're one of the lucky ones YR...you certainly dodged a bad deal in the making. 

Kristan, did DH ever supply the pink papers on the pup she sold you sometime back?
 

Yeah, DDR lover:  I laughed so hard at the email she sent TAMMY JO, trying to convince her that OFA hires young drs. that dont  make good judgements for hips and the vet who did this dog said the hips were ok..and she had that vets records to send with the dog.  I guess she thought we were both stupid.  She wrote a huge paragraph putting OFA down and thought that would cover it...It did...I jumped 400 feet in the air and Tammy and Veronica both heard me all the way in ALASKA.   Found the dog listed on our database with OFA  excellent and had never even been sent in to OFA.  

WE all learned our lessons well......

Immediately Kim throws me under the bus as if I did something wrong. I bought a dog from her that she bred.  End of story if she was fighting with other people is that my problem? Dont breed the stud if you dont have papers!

The little problem I had is that Kim never mentioned any of this.  As a breeder she had the stud for over a year and then breed it and sold the pups.

Additionally she bred a dog that she was in a dispute over and sold it to me for 1800!
Does that sound like a pet.  Funny now Kim is changing her story to say that the dog was a pet I have emails saying the contrary.  But again that is not really the point now she is saying she is a pet and who cares if you dont get papers!

Kim changes the stories all the time and I am not here for that.  I did not mention her name because I was looking for ideas and helpp.  That is why I joined this site.

I was only ever nice to Kim I was a customer but she turns on everyone. I dont know Danielle she is not my friend. She is a dog person who provided info when I was trying to figure out what the hell was going on~

I dont care if people know my name not a big deal.

BUT...there is a big lesson here so even when people appear to be on the up and up they are not!

Somewhere is the truth....and frankly I dont care what it is .

Am I a bad person like Kim said she expected this from me? Really when she sold me a 1800.00 working dog she expected me to do what - what was in the contract!

It is sad and such bad karma!

I joined this site for information not too smear people so I will not get into a pissing match with some BYB in West Virgina.  I will contine my dispute with the AKC and let my lawyers handle the rest.

Additionally check out how this breeder treats her customers!

Selling working dogs without papers then trashing customers when they ask for something!

Waaay to go.  No wonder you have to have a dispersal sale and sell at any rate cause your bad karma is catching you!
