You guys are really ignorant. This is the look that the highline breeders in Germany are striving for. The look comes from really old lines in the Black Forest region and a small area near the Belgian border. They bred these dogs to have a bear look to frighten away predators from the sheep herds. They call it “Wenig Teddy Bär”. You guys don’t know about it because they are very rare and the Germans are keeping them in the country. Expect to see them at the big German shows this year.

This is the perfect example of that "akita" head people have neen breeding. Much too short a muzzle for a GSD. I'm sure with his dark red coat, people will flock to him for breeding.
