It can and is quite legit, a friend's bitch missed to a dog (German Import) now on the other side of the world, she will be using frozen semen.

Just for the record, I was giving general information, not indicating that I had personally used the services available.  I would like to have done... more than once, but finances simply didn't allow at the time.
