No-where within the PDE production did Jemima & Co offer ANY SOLUTIONS. The entire programme was based solely on THE NEGATIVE without an ounce of POSITIVE and that my friend is the ABSOLUTE TRUTH and REASON to why I find it so totally abhorrent. IT WAS NEITHER USE NOR ORNAMENT TO THE PLIGHT OF THE REAL CAREING BREEDERS WITHIN THE PEDIGREE WORLD.
 
IMO seeking to destroy on the pretence of forcing improvement is not a rational thought process but that is exactly what JH PDE productions did and are continuing to attempt to do.

I understand your concern about the PDE videoclip.......Maybe we can all agree that we are all passionate about the breed. Take care.

And.... quite by chance from my internet searches in an attempt to find Jemima active on other breed forums, discussing all relevant scientific points for the genetics problems in other breeds - am giving up on that one as I can't find such a board. 

I come across one J Jefferey Bragg, you can search for it yourselves, but who comments that he believed that with regards PDE "some objectivity and journalistic balance would be exercised". !!!

 This looks like typical PETA agenda building crap. They will be making copies of these posts to use in legislation at some point against breeding GSD's.

Notice it did not say GSD, but PEDIGREE dogs. They are attacking breeders, by proving that they are producing cripples and torturing them by making them run on hard surfaces.

I used to think this was all a joke, and a crazy way to think, but why else are they showing this ??? I didn't see any sort of commentary on how this is not correct in the GSD.

Maybe I am wrong. I think this will be used against us.

Read the reaction of such a knowledgable breeder as J.Jeffrey Bragg to Jemima Harrison’s PDE production. I suppose one might think I should have been astounded at the remarkably uncanny simililarities between Jeffrey Braggs opinions and those of myself and others expressed on the Pedigree Database messageboard but I wasn’t, afterall why should any of us be surprised to find resounding proof of World Wide opinion from other knowledgable Dog People who believe her type of sensationalists, biased , unbalanced and bigotted reporting has the potential to destroy rather than repair.  Though I was delighted, ecstatic even that someone as knowledgable as Jeffrey Bragg shared exactly the same opinion that Jemima's type of reporting is dangerous, if only that it will make many of the excellent breeders decide they might just as well give up altogether since they have all been tarred with the same brush and their years of efforts dismissed without mention, whilst the disreputable puppy farmer carries on regardless just as nonchalant to any Health Schemes as they always were before.

Please also note also the reply given by Jemima (actually admitting to producing a biased view) funny how she would acknowledge that fact to the expert breeder of Siberian Sleddogs where she wouldn’t admit it to us GSD owners, but then her damage limitations has so far stopped short of damning Siberians and their breeders for the time being at least (but with Jemima who knows who will be next).
Jeffrey Bragg from the bottom of my Heart, I sincerely Thank You for your astute, very accurate assessment of this Programme and its Producers, especially as it was a well written, superbly intellegent conclusion, derived from experience, and knowledge along with a sense of justice and fair play, (imparticulary because the programme itself had not mentioned nor made reference to your breed), unlike the passionate responses we GSD people have had to make in defence of our beloved breed and it’s caring, reputable breeders.
