Well - I didn't win any classes - I have working lines, and yes, I was a bit dissappointed with a rating or two - but given the critiques and feedback, I am fine overall with the judging! And actually super pleased to have had my 100% working pup go VP7 out of 9 pups! I would not have been surprised to have a sable go 9th with 8 black and red pups in the ring. And - I don't drink coffee, so I don't have any complaints about anything that could have been controlled!!!! Lee

Hal, what are you drinking? I did not say anything rude to Michael. I stated that it is easy for the winners to have a good time but wondered if the others felt as good. They answered that they did. That is a good thing and maybe now I would pay the expense to travel to this club to be at a show. I have been at shows that didn't have such good feelings from the lesser competition. I wished Michael much continued success with his dog and coown. How is that rude? The names were in the results. You seem to be trying to creat trouble that doesn't exist. This is just the action that makes people not want to join here. Favor me with just skipping my messages. I am not impressed with your attacks on me trying to make up sourness. I did not judge your messages or advertisements and I don't think that you should critize me.

East Berlin, just a pet owner with her second GSD, the first a Sly son bred by Smith. I'm too old and lazy to work a GSD LOL.

Well spaetzle, I had a great time at the show and one of my dogs came in dead last and the other two placed 5th. The Fairfax club did a wonderful job. In all my ten years of showing I've never seen a club that was on point. Have you ever been to a regional show where there was two rings???????????? The frist ring was muddy and wet they moved to the other ring. GREAT JOB FAIRFAX CLUB. Congratulations Michael, why didn't you show your male, from what I understand he's nice. Spaetzle I think it's time for you to find a new hobby or a dog you can show.

by spaetzle on 21 April 2005 - 03:04

Welcome Makaveli. I see that you newly became a member just to respond to me. But by the results listed on the Fairfax web page 2- 5ths and a dead last don't show any common by the owners listed on the results. I have seen more than one ring in several shows including the North Carolina Regionals Sieger show and they call them male and female rings but of course mud can play a big role in naming the rings. But that is also not to mention of course European shows and the Sieger Shows in this country. Only the smaller clubs have only one ring and that is mostly due to space that they borrow for the show. I also have now navigated this site enough to know who Hal is by clicking on his comments. I can assure you that I will not be going there for a puppy or dog when I get serious about my hobby or a dog to show. My research has proven that this is a very political sport and on a given day the athlet can perform less enough to give cause for reduced placement but relationships also play big in this game. Don't even think that this is a hobby sport and don't assume that I have not been showing in the same ring as these other members but just that I may be asking questions out loud. If this makes you uncomfotable then maybe you need to find a new hobby.

Life is politics, feller Spaetzle. You go to a place and they give you food and drink. They are nice to you. Is that politics. The judge in question has an uprecedented good reputation in this country as well as obviously in India. Find another show to knock nuddle head. Vino

by Vino on 21 April 2005 - 03:04

Hey Nuddle, yeah I co-own the V1 and V3 and V4 with Megan. Keep studying but you are not going to be taken serious by any parent club that you are going to present your finding to. Because your findings will only represent your prejudice. Spaetzle dummy you are way to obvious in your intention on this board. You are a destructive force not a force trying to promote the breed we love. Go home.

by spaetzle on 21 April 2005 - 03:04

Vino, stuff it! I have no political agenda and that will make me very dangerous to freaks like you. You are not promoting the breed we love by your preducice. The most destructive force is people falsley promoting the wrong dogs as the future of the breed. The buck should stop.

by spaetzle on 21 April 2005 - 04:04

Vino reading back ofer your comments it would appear that you are a bit of a rebelrouser. You are the type that makes the database colorfull. Good fun.
