1. Erri z Blatenskeho zamku

or maybe

2. Basco ze Slovanskeho Domu

or last but certainly not least

3. Samer z Kurimskeho haje

Ok but i do hold a Erri daughter and I am going to breed her to Samer so I already will hold a lil piece of the two of them.

The one gsd I would have would be my first, Princess Valentine.   She was  a "pound puppy," literally.   My dad gave her to me as a Valentine's Day present when I was 9.  I had begged for a collie puppie,  like Lassie.  But, he had been introduced to gsds in Korea, and thought they were  the absolute best.  So, that's what I got.  To this day, she is my standard for temperament, intelligence, ability, and nerve. She protected FOR REAL on multiple occasions--(hadn't even heard of schutzhund back then).   My uncles took her hunting, just to see.   She was an excellent retriever, except for not having a "soft mouth."  But, she did great, apparently, with their beagle packs.  She was a first -class baby-sitter for my baby sister and a good "look out " for playing kids.      Iron nerve and hard, hard dog--my dad only knew compulsion training and that's what he used.  She was probably harder than most gsds today.

Yep, I would like to have her again.

I had a great working/show cross male that died suddenly at 2. Yoschy/Jello lines. He was a tough SOB and nearly too much dog for me at the time. I'd love to have him all over again.

From the past- Karly Arminius.

Present- Xsena Angel Delight. I saw her at the NASS and fell in love. Just a completely correct, spirited bitch.

I would also fall over over myself for Hill or Zamp.

Oh and Kenjajn- Jaguar was a great dog. I am blessed to have one of his daughters. She is the most stable dog I have ever owned.

Strangly enough most of you guys have picked  a lot of Dogs who are the forefathers of  some the present days top dogs

Did you pick them for what you could gain from them as a finacial aspect should you have them today

To me like a few others who have on this post, I would have been to picked a faithful old friend now passed on which i bought up myself and had the pleasure of its company for many years.

But  then perhaps i am a soft  old fashioned Guy.  it takes all sorts to make this world

Man the list could be so huge. I think I'd take Asko von der Lutter (because we have seen what he's producing) and I'd want Afra vom Stoppenberger Land (because we all know what she produced.) Then I'd breed them together and keep everything. Go through them  and have some of the best podium dogs out there. Not to mention what they would produce bred to other quality dogs out there.
