Note to self-
Never breed an experienced stud dog the night before an FH trial.
'nuff said. LOL

My 100 pt. FH1, 89 pts FH2 dog handed me 10 pts in tracking yesterday. That's a staggering 87 pts. LESS than he got in our trial in May. . Actually, I thought 10 pts . yesterday was sorta generous, considering my old stud dog's "can you light me a cigar and hand me a glass of bourbon" attitude... Clearly, my pathetic attempts to get his mind OFF ass, and ON grass, went completely ignored by my romantically smitten stud dog. I knew I was in trouble when he walked right over a fresh beef meatball, in plain site, on the practice track I laid. I am not sure he actually put his nose down anywhere near the ground 10 times all day. That put the nose up into the breeze and breathe deeply thing he was doing kinda reminded me of myself when I am Jonesing for a smoke down-wind of someone who... isn't.
ROTFLMAO

I hope his latest love has lots of nice puppies in about 61.5 days.
Some of them should be solid black, like their Mom. :-)
BTW: Mom is: V Paula von Conneforde, SchH3, KK1:

For those of you who say you want only "real" dogs, they don't come anymore REAL than Paula. :-O

:-))))

Super pedigree on Paula!   I really like dogs out of Aron and Amigo.  Good luck with the breeding.     Wasn't someone asking for great working lines on the forum besides Tiekerhook?  Her pedigree is a who's who of great working dogs.

This breeding will be "open" for the first generation, but will open a super number and variety of opportunities/options for exciting linebreedings for the pups when they are grown up titled dogs. The BEST breeders plan way past the litter at hand when making breeding partner decisions, as in this case.
We got a 26 min. tie the first time. We are thinking we may have nailed her spot on that time, but will try again once more today (just in case).

Paula sure has a lovely conformation, beauty and working abilities.....

Shelley, I am so happy to read this thread and see how everything is going so well.

Maybe this is not a vacation but a permanent new life no matter where you are.  And, it is a good life.

You look terrific and happy.  Hope to meet you someday.

PS, Steph, the Black Bomb sure has a strong resemblence to Pharaoh and looks very DDR.  Sounds like the same wild child temperament.  Good luck.

Hee hee hee.
I first saw Paula work about 3 years ago at a WDA Helper seminar/cert our club hosted. Mine and everyone in attendance's jaws dropped when she got to the find blind. Whoa me. What a bitch. I am absoultely thrilled to have T bred to the Black Banger Bitch from the Depths of Hell I have been trying to descibe to my sports friends since that day. Ha ha ha.
I beleive this will be Paula's last litter.

Don't want to wait? My very Best Female ever, possibly the best producing SchH bitch alive in this country today, is due to whelp a med-size litter from V Bandit vom Wolfsheim, SchH 3, FH2, KK!, and minute now.
V Gabi vom Arolwer Holz, SchH 1, KK1 is at Molly Graf's house in Newville, PA. She is confirmed in whelp with at least 6 whelps. Gabi has about 12 titled progeny to her credit, from a variety of fathers, and a few more earning their titles as I write this. We plan to retire her after this litter. she has certainly earned relaxed, comfy Golden Years, laying around the house, maybe stealing a tidbit off the kitchen counter now and then... :-)))

Please contact either myself or Molly about the litter. Pups will be priced very reasonably to working homes.
I will post more information sepately, here on PdB and elsewhere, shortly.
