I remember when this happened.  Definitely those photos show two different puppies.  Thanks for re-posting the information.

Looks like two different puppies to me.

Maybe if she didn't go around lying, cheating and deceiving poeple, she would not be so
"stressed."  Personally, I hope she gets an ulcer.

Wonder why this thread is kept alive and the one on J. Martinez gets trashed?  Guess it pays to have friends in high places

I bought a puppy from gold-berg shepherds now vom berlin its called. Let me tell you victoria is a lying cheating dog breeder!!!!!!! I bought a male puppy from in back in 2007 and now he 3 yrs old. When I got him he was 12wks old and I paid 1,600 dollars for him. Boy I wish I didn't, the puppy had severe problems with his back legs, such as when he walks his feet goes outward which causes him to drag his feet. The 6 vets I took him to and 5,000 dollars later said the same thing. He suffered from nurological problems which means he cant feel his back legs so when he walks thats why he drags them. I have to buy shoes for the poor thing so he can walk on a daily basis. Sadly even with the shoes he managed to rub most of his pads off which is sad and painful for the guy.

I called victoria several times and explained what was wrong and that I wanted my money back and I would still keep the dog becasue nobody would want him with all his problems.....She finally did respond back in a email saying it was my fault for his problems and if I contacted her again she would basically sue me..... I thought to myself what the hell is wrong with this lady? She is supposed to be caring loving breeder who cares about her dogs but yet this is what I got from her. Don't get me wrong I love my dog but this whole experience turned me off the breed which is upsetting because I am going to become k-9 police officer.

All I have to say to victoria is that shame on you for giving a dog that is useless. I can't even take him for walk without hurting his poor back feet. You should be shut down and all my six vets agree he was poorly bred and had severe abnormalities with his feet...........

Any other people had bad dogs from this women who supposed to be a good breeder................

It is difficult to suggest this, but if this is the situation with your dog, I might consider euthanizing him, as difficult as that seems.

Secondly, IF you can get your ducks in a row, and document this problem beginning early on, you could consider taking her to small claims court. Do you have a contract? What does it say about health issues? When did you first notice the problem etc. Is there any chance the condition was caused by injury or something while in your care?

Unfortunately, the dog might have had a neurological condition that went undiagnosed until he was older. So her responsibilities might be difficult to prove. Whatever you do about this situation, don't let the dog suffer.

Good luck.
