I think the burden of proof is on the authorities and I believe he will beat it in court, but I am not privy to the details.
I walk around nude all the time, or wrapped in my robe which is a blanket, I also piss out my sliding glass doors and off the deck from time to time, in the woods, the yard, thats why I live in the country. When I can't, its time to move further away from neighbors.
Thats just the country way...LOL.
Someone walking down my private road at 5:00 in the morning gets shot at.
I do pull my blinds out of my own desire for privacy since I now have neighbors, if they don't wanna see it, they shouldn't be looking anyway.
And if they caused me this kind of trouble they would not live here long.
The poor guy, something like this can ruin an otherwise normal life, cost you a job, cause more trouble than it was worth.
Now if he was a pervert who got his jollies exposing himself then thats different, I don't think thats the case here from the story.

There may be more to the story of the nude man making coffee in his house. Reports are now stating that there may have been two incidents. Also, the School Bus Stop is right across the street from his home. The woman who reported him is also the wife of a Police Officer. However, it must be proved that he "wanted to be seen." Interesting case......

I can tell you people this, The so called famous Peace women that went on for a score or more years at the Greenham Common Base in Newbury Berkshire they plagued us poor work men
They were not supposed to be there but they lived there had the Social services visit them They had hovels to sleep in and i was one of those workmen on many occasions to have the Job of taking down the Plastic sheeting abodes. Many were drop outs and used this campaign as an excuse to cause trouble to the USA and UK base Personal they used to cut fences to get into the Base where there were under ground secret Parts do not know much myself although i worked among the USA Guys for several Years But when my timely escape of nearly being run over by a B47 bomber when i was riding my cycle on the runway when it was ready to take off the far end i got the sack after that incident and joined the Council
Anyway it was my unsavoury job at times to remove these living quarters And I used to be verbally abused, hit with Sticks, Hair pulled, Kicked, and Spat on by these women and i could not retaliate at all but had to take it
But even then had i been able to i would not hit a woman regardless so i had to take it,
Scratches and Cuts to the face and head was normal, I have had more cut's from those people than i did in the real thing They acted like animals at times Nothing peaceful about those Women
It is okay if you have a peaceful march but when property is abused it all changes, They have no right to do it so must take what they get
