Veronica,  Why would you trust a number I gave to you?  I will just have the paperwork sent to the vet who you took him too for his health certificate.  After all, Human medical records are sent doctor to doctor.  This way it can not be faked and YOU can go in and talk to the veterinarian who saw Athos and he/she can explain it to you.  YOUR veterinarian IS credible, isn't he, you do trust him, don't you?!?

Because OSU is not on your payroll. You are either still covering for yourself, as in not giving me permission to call, or just being spiteful. There is no reason to not give me permission to call OSU. I don't have them on my payroll either.

I've already spoken to her about this. She feels she would have caught it, and if not her, then my regular vet who saw Athos several times for AIs and such  would have caught it.
I will ask them if they will accept your certified mail. I don't know if they will do that, but I will ask. If they deem it reasonable, then you can send it there.

If they don't accept it, then I will ask my usual vet to do so.

His soldiers march as well as a 2 year olds and I had him checked......He has some crazy drives for sure and I have never seen a male with the "humping" drive he has!!!!!

On July 31, 2010 his semen was collected and 20cc of semen and seminal fluid was collected and evaluated under a microscope, revealing the sement to have 0% motility with numerous primary and secondary abnormalities.....STERIL, FOLKS!

Athos goes to Oklahoma State University every friday for blood work and is on 7 different cardiac meds, the vets there think it would kill him to collect him so now he will just have to be his own Legend! Vinetta is doing good though and is a LOVER.

I guess Athos didn't die after all from being collected?

I don't think I can present the case any better than I have. I'll post after awhile and let you know if the certified records from OSU ever arrived, if I got to talk to the diagnosing vet, and if we have verified if Athos is alive and if his condition is genuine.  If she proves her case, then she deserves restitution. If she doesn't, then what do you think?

I have been very reasonable in my requests, and the most immediate proof I could obtain--permission by the owner of record to talk to either OSU records department or the diagnosing veterinarian--has been denied for no good reason and proper reason Vickie has yet to give.

Veronica, you have sided up with Linda Chapman and have become a part of a defamation of character/libel/slander suit. I will no longer play this game and the discussion about Athos has run its course here. Athos IS sick, OSU will send documentation to your vet THAT can NOT be faked from OSU TO YOUR VET and on July 31 he WAS found sterile a semen collection and evaluation was done at Hect Veterinary Hospital and what you quoted above I took directly in part from their letter of the evaluation, Hect will also forward that to your vet. 3 vets(2 cardiac vets and Hect have all said he should not be bred) Veronica-isms.......I would breed him anyway, can you breed him anyway?......my answer to you on that was....the vets think it would kill him. I remember that statement very clearly from you as I thought you were more ethical than that and I was very suprise! I will ask the advise of my attorney on how to handle this since you have gone on Linda Chapman's website/blog and have been played by her. She is a REVEREND(of all things....rolling eyes) and a psychotherapist so she knows how to manipulate people and the truth! By you becoming associated with her and Tattoo-a-pet ties my hands a little from here so I will have to rely on my attorneys advise. Vickie

Vickie you are  contradicting yourself, kiddo.  You have said on more than one occasion in the last few days that you did not even breed Vinetta but on May 26th, you did post that you had bred Vinetta to Arthos and that you had his sperm tested, and that it was viable (at least I think that's what "his soldiers march as well as a 2 year olds - I had him checked" means). 

On July 15th you said the vets said he couldn't be collected because his heart was so bad that it would kill him.

Then you said the sperm was collected on July 31st and was sterile.

All Veronica has ever asked for is access to the records confirming the condition of the dogs heart, but you refuse to give her this?  It's a simple and fair request on her part.  To not cooperate with her makes no sense.  Why not just cut to the chase and make the phone call so she can verify his condition.  There is no reason to be difficult about this, release the information to her vet AND to her, it should be no skin off your nose. 
 
Veronica hasn't slandered you and this has nothing to do with tattoo-a-pet, Linda Chapman (whoever the hell that is),  or anyone else.  She is asking for information anyone would require in the same situation, including you if the roles were reversed. 

Sueincc, let me clarify. Around May 26 we receive Athos and Vinetta at the Dallas Air port and Vinetta was in heat but Veronica was not sure when she would be ready (I would have to look up the dates to be exact) we attempted several times to breed Vinetta to Athos....because of the fluid that we werw unaware of in his abdomen Athos was not able to get a tie. It was decided to do an AI at the vet office. This was when Athos had only been with me for a couple days and about 3 weeks before it was discovered that Athos had some serious heart issues. After Athos spent several days at OSU we were told that collecting him would be dangerous to his health, might ne enough stress on his heart to kill him. With extremely careful care and weekly visits to OSU and diligence in keeping him eating and getting his meds down him I inquired about doing a semen evaluation and the vet felt it would probably be safe. The decision to collect him was based on Veronica's guarantee that if Athos was to be found sterile with in 6 months that she would refund my money on his purchase. I have that email saved along with all other emails between Veronica and I. The fact that Veronica posted false information about me on a blog and the link to that blog is being passed around via email and PM's by Juliesue owner of tattoo-a-pet has tied my hands and i will have to rely on my attorneys advise. I have stated numerous times that I would have OSU forward Athos health records to her vet. I also agreed that I would take Athos to a vet of her choosing(this was Veronica's idea) at her expense to verify that Athos is alive and his illness is VERY real. Vickie

Note: No puppies were conceived with the AI and no natural tie was ever able to be accomplished and I have not attempted to breed Vinetta on her following heat cycle though I would have liked to breed her to Sam. Vickie
