I think the new TOS are fantastic. They are marvelous, brilliant a stroke of genius. They will make a huge difference.

Give the originator of the post the abality to edit or Mod there own threads... You still retain abality to Mod the thread and lock it or delete it and you give the owner of the htread the abality to try to keep order and civility on there own.

Do you really think that would happen Bob? Until they get "caught" I would say MOST -- not ALL -- would not modify their post.

No, Oli has already spoken out against doing that option. The members appear to not be able to control themselves, do you think Oli is going to allow something like that?

If you people would calm down. There are things in the works to make everyone happy and we need to just be patient and let those new fun things happen.

Signature links are unneeded. All members have plenty of places to advertise their kennel.

Actually yes, I think it would cut down on alot of crap and let everyone know what it takes to control a conversation.

I give more credit to people then you or Oli.

I think it would create more chaos. "Some" people on here are going to do as they please ... and say to Hell with the rules .... or they just leave the Forum because they don't want to participate within the rules.

If I start a thread on Breeding or training or what ever dog related stuff I start and for examle maggie comes on and says " That is the stupidest thing i,ve ever heard " or" Your a peice of S__t trainer so what good is advice going to do" I can just delete the post to my thread... Not hard at all to do and stops the direction it was going to go...

But I love Maggie so I would not expect that of her...:)

Better yet why don't we come up with an ignore list and you put people on the list and you do not see their contribution?

Are you saying we need to control conversation? I thought all of the members whining was because the mods are trying to do their job. No Bob we do not need to control conversation, we need the members to get responsible for their own posts. Problem solved.
