Who ever is found guilty in court i,m sure will be held to what ever judgment is put in place by the proper authority.

>Two words  Randall Hoadley....he was accused of submitting an improper travel voucher
>and since he wasn't part of the good old boy network that runs UScA. He was put through the
>ringer. Lots of talk about how UScA Judges had to be held to a higher standard blah blah blah
>Now  it's all about judgement by the "proper authority"
>For the record: I clearly stated Al should resign IF he was found
>guilty. I did NOT suggest he should resign if he is NOT Guilty

So now what if the judgment is for Al ?

>Then he deserves an apology. Let's see what the verdict/decision is first.

Al brought his personal business into the public eye when HE got on TV and the Internet and told the police he saw a white van and oh yeah these people that are suing me have a white van and here's where they live.HE brought his private life into the public eye when he said "my dog was stolen and murdered"
and said "injuries were done after he was dead" HE wanted the story out when he was pointing the finger at oither people (unfairly with ZERO proof) but now when people want to see the promised final necropsy and toxicloloy reports or want to hear from the PI. We get a "right to privacy" claim? You don't want your
private life drug through the mud?  Stay out of court,  don't have police called to your house to break up fights between you and your spouse and don't have protective orders issued that are part of the public record.
Al opened Pandoras box and now it can't be closed again. Everything will come out, not just the parts he wants.
