With all the hassle and trouble that Nichol went thru to get the dog back... NOW she goes off and is now selling the poor thing! Just how many fricken trips is this poor dog doing to have in order for him to settle down and retire with a family thats going to love him for the way he is? If I didn't have this dog limitation in the city that I will take this dog and retire him on the spot.

She is selling him, because she cant handle him, and her boyfriend is scared crapless of him. Oh and Uglydog is right, Tim has told her OVER AND OVER to come and get the dogs. She always says that her car broke down, or some other excuse. She does NOT have the facility to house the dogs, and they will suffer. She palns on Keeping Tas outside in a 6foot fence enclosure. He will be dead from the heat exposure in no time. You all stood up for a girl who says she is 100% disabled, but wants to compete in Schutzund. HMMM. Advise was givin to Tim to hand over Tas, IF she asked. So now everyone who is asking for papers for the pups- GUESS WHAT!!! you now have to contact NICOLE!! GOOD LUUCK!! Tas should have been left where he was, as he was well loved, and I handled, petted, and played with him all the time. Contracts were signed, and Tim had her meet him at the police so they can witness the event so she cand destroy him after this. He could have made her pay for boarding, and training after she abandoned the dogs back in March, but he is the better person, and just gave them back. He had no use for Kris, Maja and Forta. He told her NUMEROUS times to get them. But Tas was his. Tas's retirement was coming soon, but he still LOVES to work, just not sport work. The BEST place for him would have been with Tim. Honistly. Tas was not abused, and was a very happy dog. I wish that you could have seen him with Tim. I know that there have been problems in the past, but they are no longer viable subjects, as he has redeemed himself on this matter,,, did he not? And the papers for the pups, Good luck with Nicole..... I was there on Monday when he called AKC. They still hadnt even a clue. Personally I cant STAND AKC... But yes now Tas is going to suffer, not only in her hands, but in whoever "buys" him... It is all about the Money--- Lets grow up....

Tas had a great home with Tim and his family and is what..now offered for sale after given to her same day? Got to be kidding. Honestly, Tim was probably the only one to handle the dog and did so very well. Dog was pampered but was worked. Ive watched this feeding frenzy explode and its sad. Tim is a good guy, loves dogs, dogs are well taken care of, and he is gentle with them far as that goes, but I stress..they are worked. Some of you guys should be ashamed, you know who Im talking about. I can sleep at night, I dont talk badly about people but will reserve comment. I really feel for the dog, he was Tims pride and joy and treated like it when I saw the dog in person.

Uglydog. I bred my bitch to Tas and never said he was a piece of sh*#. He proved himself a long time ago and doesn't need to anymore. He's a good dog that got into the wrong hands. This was always about $ and pride issues. I'd take the dog but have no room or $ now.

So let me get this straight... Tim finally gives the dog to its rightful owner...she's selling him and Mercedes/Missy knows more about the reasons why than anyone (I'm calling BS there)...and Tim get's off the hook for all the paperwork fiascos he's caused? What a freaking nightmare! I'm glad I was smart enough not to get involved with him!

My interest has always been the DOG, and general reputation of people in the sport. I don't have a penny in this. Someone did though, thousands of dollars. So, them wanting to get value for their money isn't a bad thing. Anyone who thinks it is, please send me $3000 for nothing. haha So, let's end this opera, and hope the dog goes somewhere he'll be allowed to be an old dog and just have fun.

This topic heading is: TAS IS HOME NOW. NO HE ISNT. He is offered for sale! Sometimes partnerships dont work out, but the slandering that went on is beyond belief. Far as Tas goes,whats he gonna do, be a pet for the grandkids-dont think so, probably not his idea of fun. Sadly he was returned and then put on the market, and Tim is still slandered. Unreal. Good luck getting paperwork from Nicole, who abandoned her dogs, putting them off on someone else.
