Thank you Mike and grimmdog I couldn't have said it better. I'm done with this subject now that Tim no longer has this dog and can't swindle anymore people out of stud fees.

by Uglydog on 15 August 2006 - 19:08

A ? for you. Why would it make sense for any breeder to have bad PR? Answer, it doesnt. In the case of a stud dog owner, if he throws well and pups get titled, it makes the breeder and stud that much more demanded and reputable. To throw the word "swindle" is disingenuous and is slanderous. Dog was co owned, there were/are legal issues and papers are slow to process. Its a shame your papers werent processed and given out sooner, but I assure you that it was out of Tims control, if nothing else than simply for business reasons-he wants titled pups! He doesnt stand to do well by not having papers held up. Now you really have to hold your breath and hope this Nicole-can originate papers. Something tells me she cant. DOg was voluntarily given up and then offered for sale. What a joke.

Yes I do know more, as I have heard phone conversations between them, and seen emails. You have only heard her cry and plea, " I want my dog back!" and look at how she made you all look for sticking up for her. Sad. Tas old owner was promised his ashes when he died, by TIM. Talk about professionalism!! Wow. The dog was always going back to his original "dad". Now it wont happen, because Nicole has no money and is selling Tas. He didnt give up Tas to get out of the paperwork, he was working on that. HONISTLY! You will find out how things will go with Nicole now. I honistly do hope that you get all your papers. It wasnt done intentionally. And he wont be posting here again, as he wants to move on with his life and business. If she sells him then you will have to get to the New, New owner and bug them... Shame...

Tim, if you loved that dog so much, buy him. Not that much. Maybe your friends love you enough to buy him for you. And this is not meant in a sarcastic way. Put your egos aside. Tim was obviously very proud of this dog, his pride may keep him from buying him outright though, so lets see how strong your friendship is. I hope Tas gets a great forever home. Where ever that may be. BTW, how DID you get him out of that crate ;o).

Mercedes/Missy, I didn't defend anyone, so nothing about the situation makes me look sad. You also show how deep dishonesty (that's how you properly spell the word) goes if you (who have no horse in this race, or do you?) are listening in on all the phone conversations. DH, probably with a piece of hot dog and a leash. ;o)

Why did Tim give up the dog he said it was his? Nicole, IF YOU HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO THE SAID 4 DOGS COME AND GET THEM OR SHUT UP ! MY OFFER IS ON THE TABLE DRIVE OUT HERE AND CALL THE POLICE ON ME AND HAVE THEM TELL ME THAT BY LAW I HAVE TO GIVE YOU ANY DOGS !

Another Saga begins with Nicole. Im sorry but this site has too many losers-even those that comment on someones spelling or lack of use of spellcheck. See "ya" (intended typo) at trials.

Because he has so many lies going he got confused. Keep lying at that rate, your bound to stumble sooner or later. If the dog was his, he would still have it. End of story. Nobody would give up their dog just to shut someone up. Obviously she did drive down and involve the police, who looked at paperwork and sorted it out. Some people just wanna close their eyes to whats really going on.

I am sorry you all feel the way you do for Tas, we all do but the fact is if she needs to sell the dog it will happen. Walk in her shoes first. We all have different agendas in life and they change from day to day. Nichol has been fighting to get these dogs back for a while now. She would not have bought them if it were not for a con man. She contacted me to help and I will help just like I would help any one of you that need it. We can all saw we would do this or we would do that but the truth is we all have limitations. So are city ordinances some are space. Tas will find a good place to retire, lets just hope all the cons out there take note to what they are doing to people and dogs! Jeff www.tristatek-9.com
