I think it's actually a hilarious thing to say, which is why I commented.

There are things you know, but you don't really say out loud....

I have seen women in photos and at trials and shows dressed very inappropriately in hot pants and tank tops. Maybe that's not the best picture to be presenting to one's peers if the goal is to gain respect as a trainer and handler. If the intent is to stand out in a crowd and to try to influence the male judges, that could be counterproductive for women trainers/hanlders in general. IMO it's not at all about being too attractive, it's about not having a whole lot of class.

True...but there's a big distinction between (perceived) sluts showing off too much skin and an attractive woman who is trying to title her dog and not being taken seriously by men who are more interested in HER than in her dog. This does happen and it's a bit unfair of us to assume she is in one arena vs. the other.

Maybe the complainer should post pics and the charitable guys on this site might be willing to tell her if she's imagining it or not? LMAO

Jennie, I'm pretty sure most of us know the difference, even the men although they won't admit it LOL. I wouldn't go so far as to lable a woman in hot pants and a tank top showing a dog as looking like a "slut" but I would think she could be a little more conservative in the way she presents herself to her peers. When a view from all sides of her bending over to set her dog might meets the definition of soft porn, it may be time to think about a new dog show wardrobe that includes underwear and eliminates hot pants and low cut tanks.

Just get married to a former D1 football player and current Army officer, have him come out every so often to training to remind the guys you're not available...works every time.
